Such an awful location. Dining room is typically closed, but on the rare occasion that it is open, the manager makes you wait 15+ minutes while they catch up on the drive-thru. Horrible customer service. I've been inside when they've locked the doors so other customers can't get in.

Resturant decided to close early and both employees were hiding inside after letting multiple cars wait for 15 minutes in the drive through. Worst customer service ever! Snapped at by the window girl. Slammed the window on me. Threw catsup packets at the bag in my hand and admonished me for asking for extra ice. “I heard you the first three times. “ I thought this odd as I only said this to her as she was making the coke. I guess she must have heard the money window girl through her headphone. I called the store to find out her name and she, of course, answered, and told me she was the manager. She wouldn’t give her name and hung up on me. Although I did video part of our exchange when she threatened to call the police for harassment, she seemed intent on being angry and confrontational. I will try to contact the owner of this franchise and work my way up to corporate. If the the McDonalds two doors down hadn’t been stacked up I would have waited there instead. I just wanted a coke and hot fries for the afternoon commute. Sadly, the fries were as cold and hard as the service at the window.

Extremely slow. Manager telling people it will be ten minutes before they take their lunch order inside. Prices have gone up but the sizes of everything has gone down. Pay more for less.

This Wendy’s should be the leading example for all Wendy’s. Outstanding Customer Service outstanding big always warm and ready wait time and drive through is barely anything at all congrats to a great location!

I didn't know it was possible to mess up a frosty, but somehow these guys did it. From the drive through window, employees were visible eating and drinking behind the counter, and it took several minutes for the lazy workers to bring me my wet, warm ice cream. I will be sure to let my district manager Holly know about what goes on at this rather poorly run location.

Have 30 minutes for lunch and came inside was told the drive thru was too busy & inside orders couldn’t be taken for 10 mins, after already standing there for 8. Didn’t get to eat today. Hope this improves. I work close by.

This Wendy's has been closing like 20-30 minutes early lately, which is terrible when they're about the only place open and someone in your family needs to eat and the place we decided on is Wendy's, only to have them have closed early when we get there. Especially when there was a second car behind us also trying to go through the drive-thru.

Very sad. Due to virus and being in a camper they asked us to walk through the drive thru. We did. Have to have a mask!!! Hilarious. In a car you don't. They could have said it nicer. Maybe having a bad day?!

Dinner time i expected it to be busy. However I didn't expect to spent 27.00 on three meals, seriously chicken sandwiches medium fries and drinks. After that sticker shock when i opened up the bag when i got home my medium fries were half full.. HALF seriously? So lesson learned... cook the food you have at home in the refrigerator. You'll get it cheaper and fresher and the portion you want.
