I came in about 30 minutes before a wedding... don't judge. I'm not a very sophisticated individual. I needed a dress shirt, tie and jacket. A wonderful woman, whose name i shamefully can't remember. Came to my rescue. Got me measured and picked out the most amazing outfit for me. I got several comments on how well I was dressed. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for her.

This is my favorite Penneys store, I always find some great buys here. I really wish the checkout experience could be quicker, though.

They're very good for having plus sizes all the way over to 5X. Make sure you check their clearance shoes out.

This place is clean, safe, and neat. The bathroom mirror may need updated in my opinion, but overall the women's bathroom looked clean. There is a large selection of apparel for all shapes and sizes. I love the clearance sections. Lots of deals going on. They also have a great deal on their credit, however, I did not take advantage of that due to my own credit. Great store and staff.

Today we bought a suit and a shirt for my husband and we needed a lot of help doing so. Debbie C. Helped us find just what we needed. She's a very kind and patient sales person. When checking out our cashier Holly suggested we get JC Penny Credit Card that saved us even more money. She was friendly and helpful throughout that process. So we are Very Pleased with our trip today at JcPennys.

It's really a shame to see how downhill pennies is going over the years. They're almost always out of the thing that I need they never have the sizes that are right their prices are ridiculous. It's a shame it used to be the place that I would go to if I needed something decent at an affordable price but anymore I just go elsewhere or use online.

We've been shopping at penny's for over 50 years and it was nice to visit q store instead of rolling the dice and receiving something in the mail 5 sizes to small. The store was clean. It was about 40 minute wait at the cashier so that wasn't to bad compared to Shipping for 6 weeks.
