Bought a beautiful XL twin conforter, two deco pillows and a throw that match perfectly with the pictures we bought for my cousins room at Willow Knoll. I think she will love her room when we get everything setup. The cashier was very personable and helpful at check out. Really enjoyed our shopping trip today.

Terrible customer service. There was an ad we received in the mail 2 days later we tried to go purchase one of the items in the ad. There was none. And the employee I asked about it had no idea what I was talking about. I dont like this place at all.

Your store had the ugliest clothes I've ever seen! My friend was with me out shopping & she said the same thing. Both of us walked out with nothing. :(

Tried to return a watch, called initially to make sure that they would take the return before driving the 30 miles to get to the store. They got it approved said what we would get for the return. Said to come return it. Got there spoke to Kaylee the manager on duty. She was very rude , changed story several times, then when was told their story changed , she got mad told me I was rude and had no right to speak to her that way. I was not speaking rudely, nor derogatory, yet I was spoken to like I was in the wrong. Kaylee informed us that she could not do this, to call customer service, we called customer service they said the store has to do this. Kaylee is a childish manager, with a superiority complex. This is horrible leadership at its best. We will not be dealing with this kohls anymore because this. It is nice to see when you spend thousands of dollars with a business a month you get this feedback.

Normally decent place to shop but the cashier today was rude and hateful. Didn't say hello and issued demands instead of politely asking. I guess good help is hard to find now a days.

Went in with some returns all but one was credited item was never worn but bought six months prior and was told it beyond their policy on returns could only exchange for same pants

if I could rate 0 stars I WOULD!!!! Don’t get me wrong the store is great but the people are terrible. How are some of them working there?!!!?! How is this unacceptable. I went there 2 weeks and my uncle had died so I was buying a black dress, and some shape-wear because i’m very self conscious. When I was checking out the cashier was AWFUL. She gave me nasty looks and was asking how old I was and said other rude things. Fire this woman!!! I’ve heard some other nasty things about her from other fellow friends that shop there.

Probably having trouble keeping help like so many other places. I needed help in shoe department. Shoe buying is a negative experience, anyway, but my grandson needs help getting fit foe his wide feet. Had to go all the way down to the 2nd set of registers to request help because the HELP kiosk was not even plugged in.. Fellow from jewelry came. He was nice, but didn't understand I wasn't concerned about looks, but rather the fit. He obviously didn't want to be assisting in shoes. I found a pair of shoes that we will make do with for now. The checkout lady was quite nice. The price was okay for what we got, but I will try to find a more full service shoe store.
