This company highly misrepresented a sales price to my husband and I. We told the payments would be only $50 every two weeks and the leasing fee would be about $75 if we chose to pay off early. Our couch sales price was $1,400. So far we’ve paid a $1,000 towards the couch and now our statement shows we still owe $1,700. I tried calling to speak to manager and was put on hold forever. So I guess my husband and I will be heading to small claims to file a lawsuit for misleading sales tactics. Companies really need to start worrying about consumers instead of putting people in enormous debt.

My refrigerator went out and I was going to Home Depot but I decided on American Freight and I'm so glad I did. Kevin ,Ryan, the young man that help load the refrigerator were all awesome.. What great service I received. I have brought from them in the past but will definitely buy more in the future. I also got an amazing deal on a area rug.. Great experience! I went in looking for a reclining love seat! Found 5! Brought the women back and bought a fantastic leather couch set! GrEAT PRICE, GREAT interaction with Ryan and the associates, and I have a Happy Wife so what am I!!!!! That's right Thankful to Ryan and his staff for pointing us to a fantastic deal on a couch and love seat!

American Freight damaged our dresser during delivery. At first, the company was apologetic and agreed to deliver a replacement. After 3 weeks, we still didn't have a dresser. The manager, Ryan Smith, told his employees it was in his trunk. The was the excuse for the last week. Thankfully, we were able to get a dresser off the floor, but will not shop here again. Corporate will be notified. If you plan to shop here, proceed with utmost caution.

The salesman Kevin was great!! We bought 2 sets back to back with no issue. The delivery men were very professional and friendly! We got them both delivered the same day to 2 different places and they gladly agreed. We will give them more business. Thanks American Freight!

I love this place. We have a huge house and needed furniture to fill it up. Kevin was there to help. Told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. We have had our last couch we purchased for about 18 months. Kevin recommended we get the 5 year warranty (thank you Kevin) and now since our kids broke the couch we get to have it fixed for free. Not only did this store fit our budget, it fit our lifestyle.
