I called the pharmacy twice today to confirm whether a prescription transfer was received (after submitting it twice in one week and it never being filled). I was on hold for 45 minutes total and nobody ever picked up. You're pretty much forced to transact in person for the pharmacy.

They were closed at 7pm on a Friday but it said they were open online until 10pm. Drove 20 minutes for nothing.

Worst customer service ever i went to pharmacy on Thursday at 8:30 and was asking about the medication the big guy who is a pharmacist is telling me that he don’t know if this medication is for pain or not and telling me to wait for someone else to tell me about it. really a pharmacist don’t know that I don’t know why the best pharmacy is hiring people like him

This place is kind of a disaster from a patient perspective over the last year. I have had so many issues with this location including receiving an incorrect amount of meds, having to spend over an hour on the phone getting them to find an Rx my doc had sent DAYS prior, and now waiting 45+ minutes in their drive thru pickup. I will be getting my prescriptions from somewhere else from now on.

This is by far the best CVS around. The Pharmacy team goes above and beyond working with me if I have issues with my prescriptions due to Insurance reasons. They are very helpful and friendly. The store has a great variety of products that other stores do not carry.

If only you could give no or negative stars! SARAH in the pharmacy is the most rudest, ignorant, unprofessional, in need of more training in customer service & her job in general. Had the nerve to raise her voice because she was unable to do her job & too embarrassed to ask for help. But in her defense the pharmacist skipped the class on how to apologize for your staff mistakes. I will be contacting corporate. CVS has and will loose numerous customers due to their ignorance. And they talk about the South, never ran into anyone like this before where I live in Georgia.

Pharmacy is horrible been going to this location for 2 years now and recently cant get to anyone to pick up my prescription unless I wait for 15 minutes. And this is right in the morning when they open mind you. Switching my pharmacy business to walgreens! 👎👎👎

I recently switched insurances. I called this pharmacy probably a total of five times. I called my insurance company about the same amount of times. I even made a trip into the pharmacy. They kept telling me the insurance came back saying I had no coverage. On my last phone interaction with Tracy, she asked me if I could just go to a different pharmacy. I called Walgreens, gave them the EXACT same insurance information. They called CVS and requested the transfer. I got my medications the same night within an hour from Walgreens. CVS couldn’t get it to me without charging me a ridiculous amount in the five day span I spent trying to fill my prescription with them.
