I was at the Mt. Orab store today and the young man who waited on me not only installed my wipers but helped get my back tired air up very kind and respectfully great customer skills. Not much of that going on in the world right now. Much appreciated thanks to you and the kind man who let you use his portable air pump.

We are not from the area, but as we were traveling through after a trip we started having issues with our car and our check engine light came on. We decided to stop in and have the engine checked. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem, but Harrison even helped install the part that we needed to help us get on the road! We are so grateful for their help and their amazing customer service!

I've come here for several different odds & ends, I like that they have a set of tools for loan to do simple repairs on-site (e.g., came in for a new battery last week after having to jump mine for the 3rd time in a row - able to put the new one in in the parking lot and recycle my old one on the spot). Never had an issue here.
