Had a nail fill in & as usual when having nails done your nails have to be filed. Well because the only man in the shop that filled in my nails filled my nails before & after fill in he charged me $50.00 for a FILL IN. I have never paid so much for a fill in ever in my life. My nails look great but I only paid $60.00 for a FULL SET & Tina's Nails charged me $50.00 for a fill in. And the prices on the wall PLAINLY stated $25.00 & up. But $50.00 effin dollars for an effin FILL IN. That's effin CRAZY. I will never go to Tina's Nails not recommended them to any one. Go to Cincinnati, Milford or K. I "PROMISE" you will get a better deal. Tina's Nails Mt Orab, Oh ("WHAT A RIP OFF,")!!!

this place is absolutely horrible! Never coming back again. My friend and I beside you get our nails don’t and i didn’t even get what i wanted! It costed extra for a shape but doesn’t say anything about it in store or on the website. Then, they continue to be hurtful with my nails and my hands. I asked for a yellow color that you see on a sunflower and continued to give me neon yellow. By the time they dried mostly they was messed up and had fingerprints in them! I was trying to pay and she stayed on the phone ignoring us. Avoid this place with all cost. Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure

I called and asked if they could remove SNS from my nails. I asked if I could walk in or if I could make an appointment to get them removed. She told me I needed to either remove them myself or go somewhere else.

I've been there twice and I've shown up at opening time both times. And both times I had to call because no one was there. On the phone she said they were running late and would be there in five minutes. I waited 30 minutes past opening time both times before she even got there. They are rough on manicures. I've left with at least one finger bleeding both times. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and both times I've left with totally different nails than what I asked for. On my second trip I tried SNS and I had two nails chipped by that evening. The prices on the sign do not match what they charge. Expect to pay $10-$20 more. Also! I had to sit and listen to her political beliefs for roughly 30 minutes. And that basically turned into her telling me what I need to do regarding COVID-19. (I never once stated whether I agreed or not or even what my beliefs were. She just went on a rant.) Bottom line: very unprofessional, can do an okay job on nails, prices are more expensive than other nail salons around. I will not be back.

This was my first experience here. They were willing to see me as a walk-in without an appointment, were very attentive to my requests, and polite with my indecisiveness. Both my manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and I was able to enjoy a massage chair while getting my feet soaked. I will be returning. Services: Pedicure, Nail art, Acrylic nails, Manicure

This is absolutely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. She was on the phone for over an hr while doing my nails. Me and my friend asked her to get off the phone twice so she could get me done so we could leave. She asked where I was from so I told her and she said well since you're not from here it doesnt matter. She also tried to say that my previous nail salons did a horrible job, when in fact she was cutting them crooked and I had to tell her several times to fix it. We were in there for over an hr closer to an hr and a half and I got so mad that I asked for a refund. She would only give me $10 of my money back. So I paid $32 for basically nothing

I will be going back! They fixed what Ambiance in Eastgate messed up. This place isn't fancy like Ambiance, but they actually take their time and get it right. Ambiance made my nail's super thick, they were bumpy, different lengths, and the nail tech was rough and kept throwing my hands down, he got nail polish everywhere even on top of my hand and didn't clean it up. Paul removed my nail's redid them and they are perfect! He was super nice, quiet and even lotioned my hands after cleaning up any slight imperfections. I can't stop looking at them they are not thick and feel almost like real nail's!!
