Food is great. My reason for giving 3 stars is because the menu specifically states a free blizzard next time if they don’t turn your blizzard upside down. When they didn’t turn my blizzard upside down I asked about that and the guy said, “No that’s not how that works.” I told him the sign says it is but he said, “We don’t follow through with that.” False advertising…not smart this day and age. Shouldn’t advertise it on the menu at the drive thru if you “don’t follow through with it”.

This DQ is one of our go-to restaurants in Mt. Vernon. The food has always been hot and tasty. The service has also been very good.

Since I can't contact the store (phone is literally off the hook) and the owner just lets his phone ring, I will address my grievances.... here. Almost all the blizzards were VERY liquidity. Also, they completely forgot to give us an entire meal... despite the fact that we paid for it. Great food.... horrendous service. Throw out the whole staff.

Didn’t like this Dairy Queen, up north they are Better at serving their costumer’s. There were no adult workers there only teenagers. Never in my 20 Years of my life have a seen this. I worked in a fast food with teenagers and with adults for 3 and a half years. I do not recommend this place they messes up my order twice and the inside wasn’t even open to go get my stuff or to even tell them They messes it up I had to call and waited a minute for them to answer

I got a gluten and dairy free ice cream bar and it was good. Not my favorite but it wasn't bad.

What a beautiful store & the food is very good! Like to come here when in the area. People need to realize, that food (as well as other) businesses start to clean their equipment & the store prior to the closing times, especially if it's a slow night(s) & haven't had any customers in awhile. Places can't just shut everything down & go home, when the clock sticks closing time. They sometime have hours of cleaning equipment, dishes, tables, bathrooms & floors before they can clock out & leave. Also, it's NOT prior 1990, when people had a work ethic. Where they knew how & wanted to work for a living!! When, you deal with people that just want money & doesn't want to work (just to text, talk, play games, etc. on their cell phones) to earn it. You are going to have issues, no matter what type of business you go to!!
