Pep Boys has always taken good care of me. Even when shorthanded, they go above and beyond every time. Adam is a great manager and a better mechanic, there just isn't enough of him!

Dropped my car off a little before scheduled time. Only to come pick up hours later and still be waiting hours upon hours. Told they had 4 new tires for my car only had 3, they proceeded to not call me and only put 3 tires on. Then take their sweet time fixing their mistake. Then tried to “upgrade” my tires FOR A CHEEPER TIRE, and for the same price. Never will I ever go there again. Don’t worry about 5 hours later (2 hours after closing) they gave us the run around for the last 3 hours, to find out they never actually touched it just pulled it in and out of the garage twice. So now i get to have my minivan with a flat tire home with my toddler. Thanks Pepboys

If I could give zero stars I would. This place told my uncle that his vehicle would be done around 4pm. Mind you we brought this in yesterday when they first opened and on the second day. It is now going on five hours later and still not done. They tell you what you want to hear just to get the sale. Keep telling us it will be done in the next half hour yet we just keep waiting. If you can’t get it done then tell people you don’t have the capability to get it done. Very unprofessional and definitely would not recommend.

While passing through Alabama, one of my tires blew out on the interstate so I had my car towed to the Robertsdale, AL location. They were short staffed & slammed yesterday but stayed well after hours to put a new set of tires on my car! A+ Exceptional service! Adam was VERY helpful & accommodating. Would highly recommend them for ALL your servicing needs, not just tires.

Great service at this Pep Boys. Had a used car inspected before purchasing it and they helped save me lots of time and money fixing a car that looked pretty good from the outside but needed major repairs underneath. Honesty is a great thing to find in a car repair place.

This is the best place ever! We travel full time in our rv and have a hard time finding honest people. This place is the exception for sure. Darrell and Wes are the best. We had an issue with our brake lights not working and they worked on it on 2 different days. They got them working and never charged us for it. Tell me another place that would do that!! They also replaced our front brakes and did an outstanding job on that.If you need ANYTHING done, take it to these guys. You won’t be sorry.
