Went in for my birthday , they were all pretty nice but I never got my manicure (mani pedi and it was just supposed to be regular polish and a design)didn't get the design I wanted so they just did what they wanted, yes it was cute but not even a full week later the Dip Acrylic is chipping, my mother's nails broke as well, it was a nice visit but for the price it was not worth it at all Services: Nail art, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Manicure, Acrylic nails

The lady and her coworker that did my pedicure were absolutely lovely! And the man that did my acrylics was amazing. There’s so many things wrong with this place for starters I showed them a reference picture they told me the price for the design and length in THAT picture. Didn’t give me that length or shape . have me gel instead of acrylic and didn’t even tell me until after the fact. My fingers are itchy now. Not only that this place is unsanitary they used rusty toe nail clippers to clip the tips of my nails. No sanitizing solutions in sight? They buffed open my skin in many places on my fingers almost clipped a LARGE chunk of my thumb and one of my fingers got infected! I could go on about this place 10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! It was the first time that I have gotten a pedicure in a long time and it was wonderful. The staff were very kind and my toes look great. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here off and on for a few years. I love the pedicure options; it's always nice to be offered a drink while you're there. I had a rough day today and decided to go and treat myself. They were short staffed - no fault of anyone there, but there was one employee (perhaps a manager? I couldn't tell) who made me, and I'm sure other customers, feel bad for even coming in. She talked loudly and non-stop about how busy they were and how they needed to lock the doors and shut the open sign off. She swore loudly several times. I get being busy and I'm always very understanding, but it was constant to the point where I felt like I should leave because I was making her life harder or something. I got there around 4:15 and didn't leave until 6, and she complained the entire time for everyone to hear. I just wanted to relax and I knew I was going to spend a decent amount of money to do so, but she made it very uncomfortable. The rest was great, and the gentleman who did my nails did a great job. david does AMAZING work. so clean, so friendly and engages in conversation, and makes sure you get exactly what you ask for before leaving. very precise in his work and makes sure things look perfect, so talented and efficiently skilled and definitely takes his time to ensure everything is clean and professionally done. only waited 10 minutes as a walk in and was in and out and left super happy. for a fill, fix, and gel design my total was $65 which is the cheapest i ever payed for my sets so i 110% recommend! Randomly found this place on Google. Took my little cousin to get her nails done. We didn't have an appointment so we did have to wait a bit but the staff was so accommodating. My cousin found a design on pinterest and they were able to deliver. She was soooo ecstatic and in love with her nails. I just got basic white (thought I would try something different). The lady who did my nails so was sooo sweet and gentle. I liked that she didn't dip my nails into the powder but actually sculpted each nail. I was done with my nails before my cousin so I got my toenail polish color changed. They were accommodating, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place!!

I had an amazing experience! I walked in and waited maybe 10 minutes to get my nails done which was super fast! They have great customer service and very polite staff! I loved the way my nails were done and the lady who did them was amazing! The price was super cheap compared to other places i've been and I truly do appreciate the experience I recieved at BB Nails :) And it will be the only place I get my nails done for now on!
