Place is a dump. Rugs haven't been cleaned in who knows how long- It appears to be salt stains from winter traffic on them. Pricing in store is often 70% more than advertised price online.

I’ve had it. Waiting in the drive thru 15min is a regular occurrence (not 1 or 2 but Common!). I reached out to the manager who said “if you want to do better fill out an application”. Since you don’t value my time or know how to provide service, I’m sure you won’t miss our family shopping there.

The customer service is terrible at this location, especially in the photo department. Every time I come here to try and print photos it seems to be an inconvenience to the lady who is always working back there. She saw us standing there for 10 minutes and she never came up to help us, until I finally asked her if we would be able to get the cord to print pictures. Another lady that was working in the store told us she would help us in a few minutes but then she never came back... Then the lady that was in the photo department said she wouldn't print our photos today because she didn't want to. Even though it says 1 hour prints.

God forbid you need to refill a prescription and don't have the prescription number. I have spent the entire afternoon waiting on hold to speak to a pharmacist. The automatic recorder keeps saying, "We're sorry. There is 1 caller ahead of you." This is insane. There is no reason it should take this long. Also, be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes waiting for your prescription in the drive-through. They do not know how to handle multiple customers at once. I have chosen to switch pharmacies and go to Waconia Pharmacy Clinic across the street instead, where I'm treated like A PAYING CUSTOMER and not just a number.

Horrible customer service the wait times are beyond rediculious both inside and out you will wait a minimum of 25 mins every single time you need a refill!!! Im switching this place is a JOKE!!! Got the same response from management as the last person if you want it better tell your friends to fill out an application. I have now reported this rotten store and its rotten manager to corporate!

I love the pharmacist. She is wonderful about answering questions and arranging my prescriptions so I don’t have to pickup different ones at different times. I had terrible problems at Target’s CVS, so I changed to this Walgrens and am glad I did.

Today I needed a medication and Walgreens was out of it. Not only did they call me but they helped get it for me and get it through my insurance. I absolutely love Tara, Chris and Kathy! I have been working with them since I was 16 and will continue to as long as I can. Thank you ladies! I really appreciate everything you do to keep me up and running.

I have never had a problem with this store and my family gets all their prescriptions here. I always use their app for presentations and I have never had to wait for 1 to get done. Great customer service and very helpful when needed. The only thing that I don't like about all Walgreens is that you can't give their employees tips when they do great things for you. Especially during the Holidays. I believe most people deserve a tip once in a while.
