Ordered food on app, when I got to the drive thru waited couple of minutes until someone came on speaker and said they would be with me in a minute. Waited another 5 minutes with no response. I pulled into parking space and went into store. The staff did not acknowledge my presence for several minutes. A second customer came in behind and was ignored also. Finally, one of the workers asked me if I saw who picked up the door dash order. I told someone had and she said they only took part of the order. She them asked if I had placed an online order and I told her I had. She finally filled my order.

Filet of fish has gone down hill. When I received my sandwich it was like a joke, fish on the right side of the bun, what passes as a slice of cheese on the left and a good portion of tartar sauce in my box not on the sandwich. At least try to do your job.

6:27am, ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins & 1 Sausage Burrito....took my usual 30 min drive into work, to only find out, they never game me my 2nd Sausage McMuffin....I realize they are severely short staffed (I know how that feels, especially at my company) but to completely miss something that I paid for is not tolerable! And to make matters worse, they didn't provide me a receipt so I have no way of proving my purchase. I only have credit card purchase as proof (that my wife will see that I've been cheating on fast food again!).

I am always mussing food when we order from this location. Whether it be from DoorDash or drive thru, I am ALWAYS missing something from my order. And it takes forever to get your food. I understand it's busy, the online orders double the work, but they should have more people to help with the workflow. Im currently sitting at one of the pulloff stations to wait for food because after already waiting here for ten minutes to get my food there is YET AGAIN food missing. I ask for the rest of my meal, ive been here another ten minutes. Waiting on one sandwich. Not to mention the young adults at the window answer with grunts and "mhm" when you try to talk to them.

I drive out of my way every morning to visit the McDonald’s on Arlington, under different ownership. Not sure why I was hopeful that this trip would be any better than in the past. Save your time and money. Here is a picture of the large fry I finally received. Not even half full. I know that they are supposed to “fluff and not stuff” the fries but this is beyond ridiculous. And the manager acted like me wanting what I paid for, since I couldn’t have a refund, was insane.
