Phoenix Bats has been crafting wood bats outside of Columbus, Ohio since 1996, and our baseball bats have been approved for pro players since 2000. Phoenix Bats starts by purchasing only pro-grade wood to deliver a quality bat to you and pros alike. Our bats are only made from American top-grade woods like rock maple, yellow birch and northern white ash.

The bats turned out awesome, they had a great turn around time and they really took care of us. We will be repeat customers as a Club and as individuals. I was very impressed with my experience from Phoenix Bats. I was looking to buy a ProXR bat on the website but I found out that some of the options I like to see in my bats were not available. That being a 34.5" bat with no cup. I called in to see if this was an option and had the pleasure of speaking with Christina. She was able to ask the designer if this was possible and called me back quickly with a response. Though I was not able to get the 34.5", I was able to order it with no cup. She was also able to help me with a discount code that I knew of but didn't know the exact code, saving me some money on my order. She treated me like a potential big leaguer that could have brought tremendous brand success instead of just another customer. Customer Service is very important to me and having previously ordered bats from the major brands, I can say this was the best customer support I have worked with!

This is a great place to come for baseball bats. The best part is the tour of the bat factory where you get to watch them turn and finish the bats. During the tour, our guide Rick, filled us with so much history and technology about the Phoenix Bats. He also filled the air with an unbelievable amount of baseball history and trivia. This is a great Father/Son, Family or Guys trip.

If I could give this place a "0" I would. I bought a bat as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son and after 6-7 weeks of use(just being 2 days/week for maybe an hour each use) the bat has broken and the company is not honoring any sort of warranty. They even have the nerve to push me buying another bat from them. These bats LOOK great but are not made to last. I wouldn't waste my money or time. They also blocked my email after a few back and forths where their customer service was AWFUL. Basically they are an I am right you are wrong kind of company. I just do not feel after such little use a bat should break this quickly for a 10 year old only practicing batting. After looking at other reviews on here, looks to me like this place is a great place to do a tour at but NOT TO BUY A BAT FROM!

Even with that, my husband called the company and talked with a really knowledgeable customer service rep who answered all of his questions. Once ordered, I received regular updates when the bat was made, shipped and when it would arrive. This company was amazing with which to work!

ordered a single mini bat for our team manager, who loved it! We were able to easily include our team logo, which was a huge plus. Staff was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries and they got it out the door quickly.

The people made the tour, being able to talk to the people who weight and label the billets of wood when they come in and package the finish bats that go out was great. Fantastic tour, Fantastic people, I would love to work there very cool.
