Had AC migrate the electrical in my house from old knob and tube to grounded romex, and have no complaints at all. Everybody I worked with there was always friendly and helpful. I even sent them an e-mail with a question a month or so after the work was over and they found time to swing by my house to take a look the next business day. My experience with AC Electric was pleasant from beginning to end. I was able to get a quick appointment. Field Supervisor William Dominguez did the initial consultation. Mr. Dominguez was very knowledgeable and informative but not intimidating. It turned out that we needed a whole new electric panel (which we already suspected) and some work on the outside meter to bring it up to code. Both Mr. Dominguez and service technician, John Bastawros, came back to complete the work along with taking care of some other, loose-end type maintenance--getting rid of wires that were no longer being used, upgrading some outlets and repairing a wire in the kitchen ceiling fan. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with their prompt, efficient and courteous service. Definitely recommend and will keep them in my "contacts" list. In 2019, Todd & his crew did a doozy of a project. Rewiring frm the pole to my house, and to my breaker box w/ a box upgrade & grounding relocation, due to code upgrading. They upgraded my baseboard heating & thermostats along w/ a ceiling fan. Todd talked me into spending a little extra tobetter secure my pole to my house. I'm glad he did! Last night a tree fell and took out every pole on my street, ripping electrical boxes from the houses. Blue house is mine- anchored frm AC electric. Tan house is my neighbor. I was under the gun to have my electrical panel upgraded by the condo association. I contacted FirstEnergy and they put me in touch with AC Electric. Response was immediate and my first interaction with Todd Fowler was professional at the start! He explained what work needed to be done and gave me an estimate for that work. Deciding to use AC Electric to do the replacement, my second interaction was with John, who was on time as scheduled. He worked quietly as possible, kept me up to date on what he was doing and after completion showed me the brand new panel. Deciding to add a surge protector, John prepped the work that was to be completed by William Dominguez, who was equally prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I have no knowledge of electric and could have easily been ripped off but these three men and their dispatch team walked me through everything and I feel I got what my money paid for and more. I would highly recommend using AC Electric for your next project. And did I mention my new panel came with a lifetime guarantee! Some electrical outlets were tripping switches in my new condo so needed a total inspection after some renovating. Previous owner lived here 30 years. I was very pleased with the gent who came. He inspected, replaced a switch, and helped me to label the electrical box. He also gave suggestions on what could be updated in the future. I'm so glad I chose AC ELECTRIC. I was looking to install a three way smart switch at a nominal cost. I found this business online and decided to give them a shot. Again, glad I did. Todd Fowler was great. He knew what needed to be done and got the task down well within an hour. I'll definitely be using this business again. 8/24/21 UPDATE: Once again AC ELECTRIC 💡⚡ was on the money. I needed to get a service amperage upgrade along with the installation of some smart switches, fan boxes, and fan controls. Todd came out the previous day to assess the job and cost. After some jugglin with the figure$ and availability in scheduling, I was able to have a team on site to begin the work on the following day. William is a sheer pleasure. He made sure that this project could be tackled within two days. The guys that arrived today were phenomenal. By days end, I was able to have my new service upgrade completed, home fully grounded, and ceilings fans disassembled. Tomorrow I'm waiting to have the final phase of this project completed.
