knowledge behind the counter is key. Needed plugs I gave them the plug numbers and the guy says “putting these in your boat?” Absolutely I am. I love this store and so will you. I shop for all my vehicles here now!

This is one of the most backward lack of customer service auto parts store I’ve ever shopped. Purchased a battery online - thru Advanced Auto Parts website and was connected to this store. Pick up was a terrible experience. In today’s world a business like this will not survive. Shop elsewhere. I’m sure the guys behind the counter will take pride in my comments vs actually making changes to stay current.

Worst Auto parts store to go to. Two old guys that were busy on YouTube the first time my wife went to pick up parts. Then, they gave me the wrong parts for my car on 3 different occasions. Three!!!! They don’t know what they are doing! Will never go back to this pace ever again. You shouldn’t either.

Jim was especially helpful. When our windshield wiper broke off during a strong storm, he took the time to help construct an attachment point for the replacement wiper from his stock of parts - thus far, it been more stable than the OEM part. When I mistakenly left my credit card, he contacted my credit card issuer - who relayed the message. Jim mailed the card to me with a nice note. Nice competent folks.
