I paid over $700.00 to have tires and rims shipped from New Mexico to my son who lives in Ohio. This company has now canceled two delivery dates. One due to not having a lift, and the second due to not having enough staff to load the product. Due to this stores incompetence, my son has already missed two days of college in order to be at home to receive the product just to be canceled last minute. When I called to inquire about this issue, no one has been responsible to make this right or to ensure this issue will be corrected. I will never use UPS to ship again!

I’ve been getting UPS residential freight deliveries for a couple years now from the Richfield location. Everyone from the girls that setup the opponents to the drivers that drop my items off are great peoples.
