First, although the restrooms are clean the door to the ladies room has no latch. No hot water in the restrooms. Service was fine on Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff with a jovial attitude. The quote is “If I give you good service today, you will expect it every time you stop in!” Hamburgers good. Onion rings a little greasy. Butterflied shrimp were REALLY skinny. Music too loud to carry on a conversation, but after all “it is a bar!”

Best burger I've ever had while sitting next to some white guy with minidreadlocks who's "23" y/o girlfriend "didn't have ID"... Seriously though... the food was awesome, the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for, and the barmaid still owes me a drink! Great place, I'll be back! PS, Diane will be watching from the till.

What a nice, friendly, clean little local spot!🙂 I stopped in today to try and get a cup of coffee to help wake me up on the way back to Youngstown. The server who was so nice and friendly, told me that they didn't have any coffee made but offered to make it for me. She did so and we talked about life, family, medicine, hospitals, etc. She asked enough questions about me to keep me in loved in the conversation but not so many that it was intrusive. The locals were friendly. 😁The 🚹 restroom was clean✔. Going back on a Tuesday or Saturday for wings🍗 Highly recommend it on 6 East!

great customer service and food. the waitress was super friendly to me and my grand daughter. Their fries were delicious and their burgers live up to their reputation. For sure stop by again when back in town.

I've driven by for years and have been intrigued by the sign boasting the world's best burger and finally decided to give it a try. The burger was 5 ounces of beef on a regular burger roll. I opted for the bacon, cheese, and grilled onion version and was not disappointed. The burger was hand pressed, juicy, and very tasty. The fries were bbq seasoned and just enough. The bar tender does double duty as the cook, so if you had lofty expectations, you may need to realign your dive bar expectations and look for Panini's. We will return.

Food is less than great, philly steak was just steakums, fried zucchini fries were good but mushrooms tasted funky. Wont be back anytime soon. Service was good and friendly.

Now has a sign out front that says "Shannon's" but she answered the phone while we were there as "Hartsgrove Tavern." This is your standard small-town bar. We came in on our way home from visiting local wineries just after 10:00 PM hoping for some food. Unfortunately, she had just shut the grill down, but that's not abnormal for that time of the night and a bar this size. What is abnormal was her willingness to go out of her way to turn the deep fryer back on and offer us pretty much anything else we wanted with a smile. The place was clean, and we had mini tacos, french fries, and chicken lips (chicken fingers). They were all good and we left satisfied with a couple extra beers on top of our night of wine tasting.
