This place was an absolute answer to prayer tonight. I turned on my car and my tire pressure had gone down to 22 in a matter of an hour. I saw a nail in the front tire and started calling places near me such as Tire Discounters (who told me I would not be able to be seen for days). I called Midas on a whim and the manager told me to bring it down. They stayed open past closing time to fix my tire and even did it for free. Such amazing customer service & the workers possess a work ethic that just hardly exists anymore. Thank you to this location for going above & beyond for me!! Service: Auto tire replacement

I have a Toyota Prius and to start off it was my fault for going here and not a hybrid car place. My car just stopped working so I took it here to get it fixed and was told it was 90 for an estimate but waived if I get it fixed there. That was no problem. However when I dropped my car off Friday and was told it may not be today that they’ll get to it that was fine. Saturday comes and still no update. They’re closed Sunday’s so I call on Monday and he says we had to order some parts to do the estimate and they are arriving today around lunch. Now it’s Tuesday and I get a call that my car is fixed. They replaced the gas cap and updated the computer. It was 160. The guy said he felt like it was a no brained to go ahead and fix it for 160 rather than paying 90 just for estimate. No problem I paid the 160 and left just to find out that not even 5 miles of driving home the same codes on my car came on and it stops working. There was a lack on communication and I feel like I just got ripped off bc my car is still broke. The guy said he thinks the cars good but if the codes come back to go see him again. I don’t think I will though. Not very good customer service or communication.

I've used this Midas location for many years and have always had a very positive experience. I've always found them to be honest and they get job done right and quickly - but, be prepared to be told about "additional services" you also need done. Services: Oil change, Brakes

Bad service! Was understanding at first, they had little help, but a week after, my car is overheating because low on antifreeze. They were supposed to check but did nothing. Had to sit about 2 hrs when I was scheduled and on time. After all of this I look at my paperwork and it says I declined all complementary services. I even asked if they'd put a tail light in because mine was out. They said it would be a long wait. Don't really care about that and I do understand but dang at least do the things you are supposed to do. I highly recommend Insta Lube in Lebanon. They are THE BEST! Service: Oil change

They did not “push” anything on me being a female . They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. My experience with Rob, Aaron and Dave 5 STARS They found parts that did not belong on my car. With that being said they did not need to share anything with me that was an opportunity to falsify ., unnecessary work on my car. In addition too when I started to leave I said (oh shuxs my headlight they said what is wrong he stated we will help you and they did with no hesitation. THAT is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION !!!! Service: Brakes
