This pizza was perfect! Cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust. Slices were cut pretty much the same size. Came hot and fresh. Great Job whoever made this on 5-22-22 an hour before closing! Mmmmm

Now I remember why I haven't ordered from Papa John's for a long time. I recently ordered a Steak and Cheese Pizza for delivery. The delivery time was spot on, quick and driver was friendly. The problem was with the pizza, it should have been called a NO Steak and Cheese. What steak, if any, on the pizza would NOT have filled a thimble. I know prices are high and inflation out of control, but the store should NOT control there food costs by not putting ingredients on the pizza. If it were possible to give this review a negative, it would most certainly deserve one. I will NEVER order Papa John's again.

We have had weeks of issues with this location from sauce leaking, to the way the slices are cut, to now hair in the food. We keep coming back thinking things will be corrected but we are let down over and over. I have asked management twice and even sent a complaint to corporate about the sauce. Your workers keep putting the sauce cups in upside down and the heat from the pizza breaks the seal on the cups. This causes the sauce to leak out all over the box and pizza. It happened again tonight for my order. Please, it is a simple fix that requires no extra time, just put the sauces right side up. After multiple weeks of poorly cut pizzas tonight's was at least portioned more evenly than the past few times. The picture is an example of our pizza a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately we also found 2 hairs in our order tonight, one in a breadstick and one in our pepperoni pizza. We love Papa John's and just ask that you slow down and put care back into the orders.

We had an issue with the delivery driver from door dash. Our order got canceled. The manager Evan was GREAT! Got it reordered and out to us right away with a store driver. Saved the night with a hungry family after kings island. Saved this momma's sanity. We have season passes and will be using this location from now on. Great customer service. Evan should get a raise!!!!!

Well, if you’re like me and very specific with your pizza tastes, then you would probably agree with me here when I say this pizza is mediocre at best. It honestly lacks in flavor and has subpar ingredients. However, I gotta admit, I really do love their garlic sauce. If there’s anything really great about Papa Johns, it’s that garlic butter sauce. To generalize, pretty much all of their non-pizza items are superb, but the pizza itself is just. . . OK. When it comes to costumer service, I have never had a problem.
