Went thru the drive-thru, my order was correct, however the girl that took the order was rude and disrespectful, This is why I hate McDonald's...there is no reason to talk to someone disrespectfully. They have no manners.. After I paid she asked if I wanted my receipt, I said no... I do not need it thank you .. she just slammed the window without saying Thank you, its just rude...every customer should be treated with respect. I love the kids that work at Chick fil a, I have never complained, they are just kind and polite everytime. It seems Mcdonalds only hires miserable people that hate their jobs.

Took forever in line to get to make order then again to pay and then to get 1 Carmel frap and a cheese burger 🍔 total time in line 24 mins ! Got sandwich and bun was so hard so. Hard and cool sandwich and melted frap! And I get sorry we have no help we have a maintenance man here helping

Every time ive gotten food there in the drive through, not 1 single time out of the last 8 times have they gotten my whole order correct!!!😤😤😤 now it's the south lebanon store thats giving me still almost frozen patties and fries and asking me if I c an put my own sandwich together to we don't have those so we ha b e u these instead... what? How about my money back!!! Not 1 time have they said heres a gift card or I g won't happen again. Its here! That's it just here! Something needs done before so.eone gets deathly ill!!!

I absolutely love this location. The manager is always super friendly and makes sure orders are rarely wrong. It's okay to have an incorrect order every now and then because this location is so busy. I highly recommend this location over others in the area!

Service is fast, place is clean, good selection of food, enployees are friendly, food NEEDS TO BE HOTTER! My last takeout of 20 piece chicken nuggets were like rubber and not even warm. Must of been extra from lunch. Keep up the good work.

So disappointed. I ordered via door dash as I’m recovering from surgery. My large fry was only half full and the fries were very cold. My nuggets were missing from my order. And my caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle was missing the extra drizzle. Also missing straws and napkins.
