Great service and the food is delicious. However, they don't clean up the place much so there will usually be napkins and trash on the ground. Be warned: sometimes due to understaffing their diner will be closed, but for the average customer that's not much of an issue, mostly for those walking from the nearby subdivision.

For them being highly understaffed they are doing the damn thing and getting it done. Mistakes happen even in high end restaurants. The food was fresh and I was able to get my mistake fixed. Staff you can tell are working hard and long hours but I appreciate their service.

Horrible, never able to go into the building to order food because the doors are always locked. My work van and truck can’t fit under the drive thru so that’s my only option. 0/10 only reason I gave a star is because Google won’t let me put a 0 for this train wreck.

This wendys locations is awesome. The food was hot and fresh. The dinning room was very clean and well stocked as well as the bathrooms.

We usually go to the Wendy's on Main in Lebanon but I was on my way home so I visited here. I noticed a sign on the drive thru window asking the customers to try the Fries once they received their order and if they weren't Hot, they would replace them. I wish now I would have done that. I got home and, seriously, I think they were made this morning. Horrible, soggy and brown. Not like any Wendy's we've been, ever! My chicken Asiago sandwich was stone cold. I ordered a small chili and my husband a double burger. All in all below sub standard food for almost $20.00. Live and learn, most of the time, the hard way. I hope poor Dave is not reading all these horrible reviews. Shape up Wendy's, you have a great location going to waste!!!

Kinda disappointed in the service. Food was good. Service had a newer person on the register and had no instructions. I ordered a LG frosty she gave me a sm. Which is fine, but when I let her know I ordered a LG she says Oops I thought this was. She then grabbed a LG cup and just dumped the small frosty into LG cup and handed it to me. Then I get my food and my nuggets were hard due to being way over cooked. At this point I'll just take my loss and go somewhere else. This store will definitely not get my business anymore.

Things like only accepting cash, mobile ordering being down, a large fry with about a junior size portion, root beer instead of Diet Dr. Pepper, regular coke instead of Diet Coke. Completely out of cookies.... Yeah, it's been fairly negative. They do have friendly service and seem to be open a lot more than other fast food places nearby. That's a plus!
