Tim Hortons has went downhill since covid. They are never open like they used to be, the service is slow. And unless I get just regular coffee they never get my drink right. I used to love it there, these days I opt for dunkin instead

Never been to one before. We got some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. All was good, prices comparable to any other place you might go for similar fare. I particularly liked my bagel sandwich.

I am totally dumbfounded. Call the store talk to the manager. Did not seem to be phased, by me saying somebody took a bite out of my donut or ,my sandwich was stepped on. Didn't even ask for my order number or even offered me a refund on my credit card.

Been visiting our local Buck Rd. Tim Horton's for well over a decade. New owners took over in 2021 and it just hasn't been the same. Even long time employees left when the switch happened. The people working are fantastic. Not complaining about the service at all, but the vibe is different. Cost seems to be going up everywhere and I appreciate the fact that I'm perfectly capable of making a cup of joe at home. The prices here have increased at least three times in the past few months though and it is safe to assume none is being passed along (in a meaningful way) to employees. Really wish the owners did more to make the employees know they are valued and appreciated. They all smile, provide excellent service and give no complaints. But you can feel the difference and that is definitely owner/management related.

Was so happy to see a Tim Hortons! The french donut and chocolate glazed was delicious. Tim Hortons coffee is wonderful as well. Friendly staff as well. Nice stop on a rainy drive home.

I have an early start so I'm there when the buck rd store opens I get a lrg mocha ice coffee 4x4 and a shot of espresso every time "mickey" and her crew R AWESOME!!!! They know me by name and when I'm there and have it ready to go! I love how nice and polite they all r makes my morning!!! Y'all rock!!! :0)

Their ice lattes are my favorite with a pump of vanilla, the ice is melted in this photo by the way. Tim hortons also has an app you can use to receive rewards after 7 purchases are made. The rewards are after 7 purchases you can either get a free coffe, hot tea, or a donut. You would just show your scan code in your phone when making a purchase and bam rewards are added.
