The dress coats are made cheaper. Top coats, CPO coats, and so on. My CPO coat from K Mart is of a much higher quality then what Pennys offers. The prices n sale prices you have to watch. I do not shop there any longer.

Was there 2 weeks ago to shop for my daughter and myself. I have been really impressed with the new Sephora makeup lines. Best selection by far. CeeCee helped us and I am glad she did. Her knowledge and passion shines bright and she works with you to pick out the very best for your skin type and needs. I spent over $400 that day and came out with some deals that will last me years. Now for the girls kids section is a much different story. No one in eye site for help let alone when I was ready to check out I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes. Finally I spoted a guy that worked there and he went to find someone for me. (7 minutes later) so all together spent 17 minutes waiting for someone to take my money. But because of the experience with CeeCee at Sephora she will save this review.

I found a few things to buy. Had some nice dresses and tops. However...big complaint here...the petite section is laughable. Come on management, there is next to nothing stock wise, and the styles are so matronly. Middle aged, petite women want to look nice, too. And if you buy Kohl's, that petite section isn't much better. Please step up your game for us shorties!

Our store in Tiffin Closed and myself and others have said a hundred times that we wish our Penny's was back. I will be making a trip to your Sandusky Store. I had thought that was closed too. I did order some things on lone Thank you!

Store was clean. Not a whole lot of a selection. Didn't really see any associates on the floor to ask for help if you needed it. Corona strikes again as far as staffing I am guessing. Overall decent trip found what we needed.

There was no sales people in the Home department. Needed help for flannel sheets and none available. They lost a sale there. No wonder they are going under.

VERY VERY rude staff! I walked in & greeted the women at the counter, and was returned with “We close in 35 minutes!”. Seriously?! I’ve worked retail & customer service & this was a poor example of both! Will NOT be returning & I plan on making a formal complaint!

I haven't been in a JCPenney in years! I found my shopping experience to be wonderful. They have a wide variety of things and they have so many sales going on I felt like it was Christmas time. The staff was very friendly and the store very clean.
