This place is absolutely crooked as can be. Sold me an all wheel drive vehicle with no rear driveshaft. Not to mention that they wouldn't even talk to me about it. It has broke down numerous times and finally was able to get someone to find the issue with it 2 years later. I highly suggest to stay away from them.

Had work done multiple occasions and both times ended up needing to go somewhere else to get vehicle fixed. Had a brake line needed to be replaced which they charged me for only to have to have same part replaced elsewhere within month of service. Wouldn't suggest buying a vehicle from them or anything more than a tire inflation or oil change

Very good buying experience and how can you beat $10 oil changes? I purchased a low mileage van that is in very good shape for a very reasonable price. There was a slight steering issue that they fixed with no questions asked and threw in a free alignment. 3 of our other cars and friend's vehicles have been to Northstar for routine maintenance and alignments and the service has been excellent with affordable prices.

Great company. I have taken both my vehicles to them for repairs and they have always been fair, thorough, and honest. They recently had my 07 F 150 in for a miss fire on one of the coil packs. They diagnosed the problem and were more than happy to let me come get it in order to do the repair myself so I could save some money. They weren't going to charge me anything for the diagnosis. I insisted on paying them something for their time. The gentleman who I spoke with said if I left a $20 that would be fine. Most shops would charge around $70 for a diagnosis. There are not a lot of companies left like this anymore.

These guys are awesome. You can tell its a family spot. Anytime I have taken either my wife vehicle or my own here, they have been quick and honest. Prices are very fair and really, its the best place to grab your oil changes.

They are 1st class operation they do exactly what needs to be done they do so cheaply and efficiently. They are a treasure to have in our area. They do a good business. They're hard working and honest and that's vitally important in the day some people try to take advantage of you. They also have a used car business cars and trucks you can find a pretty good deal. I would have given them 5 stars I don't give anybody 5 stars cause that's almost perfect but they're really good

This a family owed business, they go the extra mile for you, honest, respectful, kind people. No fancy overhead place, no fancy offices, so none of this gets passed on to YOU. My son send me there, I am so thankful. I needed help getting the new car HOME, they Volunteer to DELIVER it at no extra cost. I would tell everyone go here first, before buying at super car mall. PRICE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!🚘

I have now had multiple cars taken to this shop. They are honest, very reasonably priced, and have a small town mentality that most small businesses these days lack. Their customer service compared to Toyota on Morse road is top rate! I've never going back to a big business like Toyota who only see dollar signs. They have made a loyal customer out of me!
