Shopping was same as usual but the young cashier I had was very impatient and snippy with some older adults who were in front of me. Maybe she was having a bad day but that kind of behavior should be unacceptable in any workplace. She got a little snippy with me and i was getting ready to shut her down but instead decided to write this review. To the manager: Aisle 7 approximately 1:30 pm Thursday July 21.

I think this Giant Eagle store was cool. I never have any problems with what I need 2 find here until... Over by the bakery where u hand pick the donuts.. I was highly gross out!😝 I went 2 tell them they has flies inside the case around the donuts.. the worker said 2 me "there's nothing we can do about it". So buyers beware they have "Holy Moly" donuts🍩🤢

I used to love giant eagle . Their produce was fresh , the deli was open when the store was open . Their prices were good . Now though , the produce is terrible , the deli is closed ever time I go in the store , and the prices have gone up every week for the past 3 months ! Some prices have even doubled on items ! I'm going to find a new place to shop . Even the gas perks at giant eagle don't make up for the problems . Oh ! Also , whenever you go everyone is new ! And they are all kids !

Like this store. Only issue is the produce section. The watering of the vegetables makes the veggies mushy and leaves grime on the shelves. The staff from the deli, cashiers and customer service are always friendly.

This is my local giant eagle. I've been going to the other giant eagles in the area lately because they are nicer to be perfectly blunt. I just found out Giant Eagle doesn't bake their birthday cakes in house anymore. They get shipped to them frozen.I'll gladly go somewhere else that bakes them in house. The prices on produce are too high. They just recently changed the fuel perks to benefit giant eagle not the customer. You get one perk per dollar spent. So this means each fraction of a dollar does not go towards your fuel perks. So, if you spend $7.45, you get 7 perk points. That 45 cents is gone. Right into Corporate pockets. Save your money, and buy local. There is no such thing as free fuel. We're just going to go for gift cards and strictly convienance for now on. I will gladly go to the local produce store around the corner to save money, and when I really do need to go to giant eagle and I'm not on a time crunch, I'm going to the market District in the falls. I mean, drink beer and shop. Yes please. I've been going to this giant eagle for at least ten years. It's time for a change.
