I used to love giant eagle . Their produce was fresh , the deli was open when the store was open . Their prices were good . Now though , the produce is terrible , the deli is closed ever time I go in the store , and the prices have gone up every week for the past 3 months ! Some prices have even doubled on items ! I'm going to find a new place to shop . Even the gas perks at giant eagle don't make up for the problems . Oh ! Also , whenever you go everyone is new ! And they are all kids ! ~Melanie

I love using coupons. Many stores will hassle u if u want to use a few coupons for one reason or another. I have never had a problem at this location or chain for that matter- which makes shopping here fun and enjoyable. Also has a great pharmacy and is clean and organized. A+ in book! ~C

I had a wonderful experience the first time I went to this facility so I returned with my other car with plans to bring my truck as well. On the first visit everyone (employee's) were nice and helpful. Then on the second visit as I wait about 15 minutes, a young man came to the car and said my manager wants you to change lanes. I asked why. No answer... I said no I'm staying in my lane. Minutes later the manager comes out and says "I NEED YOU TO SWITCH LANES WITH THE CAR NEXT TO YOU"!!! No reason just an order!!! I promptly moved and left and will never go back! So much for gracious customer service! Service: Oil change ~Anthony

I HATE car shopping I would legit rather ride a Turtle to work every day than shop for a new car .. I stumbled across Silver Star by chance on marketplace drove 1 hr and 45 min .. so glad I did because they were so easy to work with I was blown away with amount they gave me for trade in they were FANTASTIC all of the cars were spotless and they were so honest about any previous history on cars hands down the best dealership I have ever been to I wont be going anywhere else from now on ! And they also have amazing warranty options when buying many of them only cover certain thing theirs covered just about everything ! ~Alyssa

My food was good at this location but the attitude of the staff was very grumpy. We asked the order taker if we could have the cookie tote made fresh which he then informed us that they will make them fresh they don't keep 13 cookies laying around. I asked the employee at the cashier window what size drink I was rung up for and she told me she didn't ring me up. The employee who gave me my drinks was very polite but the employee who brought us our cookie tote scolded us for not pulling into the unmarked spot. ~Theresa
