First off I got there I had to wait 20 minutes in line when I finally got in there they couldn't get my oil cap off so I went home I got my own oil cap off went back.I had a coupon for 50 percent off..which made my total 25 dollars, I gave the guy 2 20 dollar bills, when I got home I realized he didn't give me my $15 worth of change. The service was good but I recommend paying with a debit card or credit card

Kimberly and service guys tried to charge my mother 179.00 for a serpentine belt that wasn't needed. Our mechanic had just put a new one on for her just months ago. And certainly not for 179.00!! Upon inspection after leaving there the belt was still in great condition with little sign of wear and tear. It most definitely did not need replaced. I would never recommend you to anyone. How incredibly dishonest. Service: Oil change

I want to give Jonathan the service manager at Valvoline instant oil change in Tallmadge Ohio a shout out! With 2 cars in the bay and 2 waiting, I needed two brake lights replaced and had to be out of there by 9:30! He went and got his screw driver and replaced them in the driveway! I am a resourceful woman and could have done it, but what would have taken me 2 hours, took him 5 mins! People in the customer service do not get recognized enough and he deserves recognition! So if you are in the area and need an oil change or replacement lights, please give Jonathan your business! He is one who should be bottled up and passed throughout the industry ! Hopefully, I’ll make Jonathan internet famous 🤪🤪!

I had a wonderful experience the first time I went to this facility so I returned with my other car with plans to bring my truck as well. On the first visit everyone (employee's) were nice and helpful. Then on the second visit as I wait about 15 minutes, a young man came to the car and said my manager wants you to change lanes. I asked why. No answer... I said no I'm staying in my lane. Minutes later the manager comes out and says "I NEED YOU TO SWITCH LANES WITH THE CAR NEXT TO YOU"!!! No reason just an order!!! I promptly moved and left and will never go back! So much for gracious customer service! Service: Oil change

they were very friendly, but they messed up and forgot to connect the hose during an oil change which was very dangerous and could have totalled the car according to a different mechanic who looked at it. however, they paid for repairs. Service: Oil change

Love this place, employees there are top notch customer service friendly and respectful. They tell you what you need and don't, with the knowledge to back it up. The service they give to customer vehicle's are next level chef's kiss, and I would recommend people to come and give this this place a try. Thank you Valvoline and God bless everyone 🙏👍😊❤️

Had to get an emergency battery replacement. Luckily I was able to get here before they closed. My old battery was nearly dead and I had to get a jump start before leaving work. Thank you assistant manager Anna and your staff for the fast friendly service. Got a great price with a 3 yr warranty on a brand new battery. There's another certain oil change place I went to first that's nearby my job that didnt do batteries well maybe they need to because well they just lost a customer to a better competitor. My employer also uses them for our fleet vehicles. Always do great work.

The one woman who works the computer is always so friendly and helpful ! She does always ask about buying other things for your car that you might need but never over pressures/hassles you! Great experience with her both times I’ve been there! Also always very quick! Services: Tires, Oil change
