Rerouted from 76 EXIT. . My Mother picked me up from Airport. It was late and very dark at Night. Nice to stop... get a Hot, Fresh, Fry.... A sprite and back home to Youngstown. The ordering process was great! Our order was verified verbally, and on the screen. It was accurate, for all 8 of us. The wait was appropriate for the length of the drive through line. We were not happy with the condition of our order. The bottom half of the Big Mac boxes were not secured. The sanwiches were everywhere in the bags! The fries were cold and soggy. None of the sauces, that were clearly included in the order, were all missing.

Used to have a 1 star in my eyes as they always messed up the most simple orders, take forever to get food (especially in drive thru) and the workers were rude as hell. Gone today and absolutely the opposite. Only lost a star as I was sitting there and a "mobile order disappeared" but still had a great attitude and fixed the problem. Definitely better than what it used to be. Kid-friendliness: Play area at this location. However open 11-7 Parking: Decent parking Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp.

Really poor quality today. Usually they do a better job. 1. Got drinks wrong, 2. Didn’t receive full order, 3. Breakfast burritos were made so inconsistently. One was all cheese, the other all toppings and completely dry.

It’s quite simply the worst McDonalds on Earth. If I don’t have to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes, or the dining room isn’t closed because of staffing, my order is screwed up. I returned several months later. When I bit into my Quarter Pounder w Cheese, I wondered why I tasted something crunchy and burnt. See below…..they decided to torch my bottom bun. Pitiful.

McDonald's what have you done to your chicken nuggets I remember years ago they were juicy the breading was not hard and look like they've been frozen for months. I no longer practice eating at fast food restaurants but I was in dire need of some protein and I just could not believe the difference in quality from years ago. Service was great at this location I just cannot believe the McDonald's quality how it has gone down the hill.

I'm 43 years old. This is the slowest serving McDonald's I've ever experienced. Not just once either. Every single time. If you want to spend 20 minutes in the drive thru...this is the place.

I placed my order in the app online & than drove up to the menu. I was the only car in either line so I was surprised when I was told he would be with me in a second. It took him probably about 60 seconds to return to the speaker. It was a hot summer day & i was extremely parched so to me it felt like an hour. I gave him my coupon code for my mobile order then drove around to the first window. Nothing exciting there. After paying I proceeded to the second window to wait for my order. There I was greeted with a huge smile, a very cold Coca-Cola & a hot, fresh, large french fry. He even asked me how my day was and oddly enough he seemed to genuinely care. It was very refreshing how super nice he was and I could tell he really cared about his job & his customers satisfaction. He had such a wonderfully, happy, enthusiasm about him that was undeniably infectious. We need more people like him not just in the food industry but in the entire world. It would undoubtedly be a much happier place with much happier people.

Carl at the drive through food window, always has such a warm smile and eager to provide great customer service. I’m not one for fast food typically but I will say that the hospitality displayed by him makes the whole experience that much better. Thank you for the great experience and keep up the great work.

My food was good at this location but the attitude of the staff was very grumpy. We asked the order taker if we could have the cookie tote made fresh which he then informed us that they will make them fresh they don't keep 13 cookies laying around. I asked the employee at the cashier window what size drink I was rung up for and she told me she didn't ring me up. The employee who gave me my drinks was very polite but the employee who brought us our cookie tote scolded us for not pulling into the unmarked spot.
