The the Metro PCS store off of Sparkman in Huntsville Alabama was wonderful the workers there were very knowledgeable on what they were doing they were very professional they were very friendly and I recommend if you have any problems with your phone or service that if you go there your problems will be solved!!!!

***Spotlight Moment*** I was very satisfied when a young lady had stepped into to further assist the customers in line with A Very upbeat Attitude!🙏 I wouldn't be surprised if she was coming in from her break early because her coworker was having an unexpected emergency at home in panic and had to leave in a rush. I have been a customer at MetroPCS for years and was trying for 2 weeks to get the Stylo phone they had on promo but they never had one when I got off work and was able to go to see if they got any in and was told the same thing. All the stores were sold out. I got a chance to go by tonight and was told they had some that just came in but the promo ended last night so I did not get one. I am going to Port my number over to straight talk bc I feel like they did that on purpose. I am not happy with them right now.

The staff wasn't really friendly. I asked simple questions and they were very rude in the way they responded. I felt like they didn't want to be bothered with, or that I was supposed to just get whatever they suggested and not ask questions. I definitely would never go back here again!

Thank God I finally found a Metro store with employees who at aren't rude and actually do there job without attitude! They spoke English, which is always a bonus here in HUNTSVILLE, I mean every other store I've been to are HATEFUL SPANISH SPEAKING FEMALES who act like you walked into their living room wanting hello instead of a store where they get PAID to work! So HOORAY to the Sparkman location for doing there job with a smile. Much Thanks!

My experience with metro pcs so far has been amazing, the service here is great and the employees are super nice and they respect us. I'm just now getting a phone and I'm excited. They give us offers and deals and respect us if we deny them. :)

I love the selection of phones and plans. The employees are very helpful when it comes to transferring information from old phone to the new phone. They are also very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting any questions that you may have regarding your new phone.

I had a very good experience with this store. I didn't know what plan to get they was very patient. Then I didn't understand how to work my phone so I had to come back the next day and they help me learn how to work my phone. I was very satisfied thank you.
