Those that I have encountered here have always been friendly and helpful. Treat my Husky with great respect to keep him calm and speak to my family in ways that make us not only feel welcome but able to understand and properly care for him.

Had to Ruger for a shot for his allergies. Tech was very pleasant and helped him relax. Great facility and great personnel

They are a blessing! Wonderful care for my cat. My kitty loves them. They were there for us when our apt complex caught fire.

I called to get information about getting my cat a new patient appointment. They were able to give me a price quote for the appointment and said they could get him in to see a Dr in two weeks.

Dr Sieben was great. She took her time, addressed issues I wasn't even there for. Made sure I understood everything. She even wants me to call in 2-3 days to check in and let her know how my dog is doing. That shows how much she cares.

I gave VCA multiple tries, and each visit just became worse and worse. First of all, the most reoccurring theme with every visit is how much they do not honor or respect your time. For example, if my appointment was for 2:30PM, I know I'll be there until 4:30PM. The last visit I had, when I called to check in, I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I did politely call to ask if I was still checked in -- which they then did come out to get my pet. But that's a long time for a pet who already doesn't like car rides (20 minute commute, then extra 30 minute wait-- then at minimum an hour inside). I'll give them credit that they did try to make it right by cutting my bill in half. But as I've come to compare -- their prices are quite outrageous for the care given. Here's why: My pet has a health condition even prior from adopting from the humane society. I would think that when dealing with a possibility of a tumor the staff would take the matter more seriously. They were waiting for documents from the humane society, despite I had already given them the paperwork medical history that was given to me from them. The main vet, who must be the only one on staff-- is doing it all. She is kind and wonderful at explaining but impossible to reach. Go ahead and call the main desk. You can call once a week to check on the status of things and they'll make sure to let you know you're not a priority to them. I could give a name, but I'll choose not to. This woman I had spoken to a grand total of only 3 times in the course of a month, proactively was ruder with each call. All I wanted was an update on if my pet's tumor was coming back. Which was clarified to me in one of those calls that the vet had received the humane society paper work but it was in the vet's hands to contact me back. "I'll leave a note for her that you called." Was helpful, but developed on to my last call in speaking with this receptionist was "Well, she is VERY busy." Ok, and I'm very worried for my pet's health. Obviously you are not. If she's so busy, maybe the front desk receptionists could help out more in conveying info to clients, if they could work on their attitude first. Maybe they're short staffed and that's why they consistently run behind. Whatever the case. It's been a year since my last visit and I still have yet to receive a formal call from VCA's vet to discuss my pet's health. Because I care about my pet, I've already taken her to another animal hospital. One that honors my time and actually cares about my pet. In addition to not charging me an arm and a leg for sub par service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My folks have been taking their dogs and animals here for years.... Since I came back and got MY dog, I already knew a good bit about them. Professional, willing to work with people and animals, and my dog usually has a good time! She enjoys the boarding, always comes out with a smile! Or maybe she is just happy to see me

I couldn’t have asked for better care. When my dog quit eating we realized it was his teeth. Dr. Reed stayed and performed a cleaning and extraction of 3 teeth. She stayed after closing to make sure he was okay when he woke up and stayed with him for a little longer till I came to get him. She went over all the details of aftercare .. She showed great compassion and concern for my fur baby. Thank you so much for the wonderful care.
