Placed an order at 7:02 said it was out for delivery at 7:57 an hour later no food. I’ve called numerous times and no one answered. I ended up going there. Upon arriving the employees were sitting out front smoking instead of answering the phone. I asked for a refund and he told me he couldn’t issue me a refund but a store credit. No I don’t want a credit. So now you are stealing from me. This location needs to be shut down.

Walking into this place is a hazard. Water which employees said was condensation all over the floor. It's an accident waiting to happen. I was seriously fearful.

3 hours past order time, 2 hours past estimated delivery and still no food. I also have not been able to get through to the store on the phone.

My son was recently hired by them and more than a month later has to message? To find out if he's working, and most the time they don't respond,if you call they don't answer he even saw one time 147 missed calls, and this is a pizza place that especially now is only pick up or delivery. Such a downer for motivation for my teen as his first job. Unorganized and you only get hours if your friends with them. They so far only had him 1 day a week, why even hire him? I could take the managers job and I bet things would improve. Who doesn't give someone a schedule or tell them when and where to find it, ridiculous, grow up, you should be ashamed and I only wish the CEO'S even cared. And I never order from them and I'm glad.

Placed an online order everything went threw as normal. Was set to pay driver with CASH at time of delivery. Got the text confirming order and started following the online delivery. About 15 mins later got a call from the store( local one who delivers to use normally) that they ONLY TAKE CASH outside of Trenton( 1.8 miles from the store and the one it directed me to on the site) I could used door dash or pay with a card or cancel the order. We have order from here delivery before no issues and paid cash 90% of the time. Order was around 55 dollars so not like we ordered 200 with paying cash so a normal order. Tracking showed it was being made and ready to start delivery even after the call and the person cancelling the order. I got an email from Pizza Hut asking me how our food was and to answer questions and leave a review so I am even though no food was delivered. So basically Trenton Pizza hut doesn't want any money outside of Trenton. Guess Liberty Township Money isn't good enough for them.

Come on Pizza Hut. Whenever we order pizza it is from your across the street competition and the food always comes quick and with a smile. This evening we decided to give the good ol hut a try and will not again. Order placed at 5:50pm confirmation of the food going out for delivery at 6:11 pm and here it is 7:00pm. Oh well live and learn.

I love Wing Wednesday. But this order was placed on the mobile app for curbside pickup. I waited in my car for 7 minutes. No one came out with my order that was ready to pickup at the time I arrived. I went inside and saw 2 employees not wearing hairnets nor gloves preparing food in the back of the store. There was a lady behind the partition on her cell phone. 3 other employees also playing with their phones as well. I said hello once & received no response. I said it again a little bit louder, still eliciting no response from ANYONE. I waited a good minute and a half and yelled Hello!! The lady behind the partition (which I assume is the office or their break area). I'm not sure. She finally got another gentleman to come over to counter. Mind you I was literally less than 6 feet away from several employees and I was blatantly ignored. I hate to see how long it would've taken me to get curbside pickup!! Don't make the same mistake I did. Pleased 🙄🗣️

Ordered online - tracker said 25-35 minutes. After 50 minutes, nothing. The tracker had said it was on the way for 15 minutes. I called the store to inquire as to the status. The gentleman whom answered the phone was rude - kept interrupting me and extremely short with me when I was speaking. He said the tracker is never correct and scoffed at me when I suggested they fix that or maybe reach out to guests letting them know; ypu know, to prevent issues. He said my food was the next to go out. 30 minutes later my food finally arrived.

I have to update my 5 star review from 3 years ago. I'm very patient and I've tried to give them a chance, but the last four orders I've had there have been wrong. Either the person at the front put it in wrong or the person making it did it wrong. Come on, why you got to burn my breadsticks.

First, the food was made well and tasted good. My issue was the delivery. After receiving the text that the order is out for delivery, it did not arrive for another 33 minutes. I am less than 2 minutes away from the store. Plus, the grimey delivery couple handed me the food and took off without giving me my 2 liter, so I had to drive to the store to get a 2 liter that was paid for. I wish it gave me the option to take back my tip, I thought if I tipped big that I would get a good delivery. I was wrong.
