Went in there Tuesday for a new battery the young lady at the counter named Sarah helped me out in finding the right one. She was very kind and friendly and always had a smile on. She also helped her fellow coworkers when they had a question and walked them through how to do it. I will be going there anytime I need something for my vehicle.

This location was really good! When I walked in to the store, I was assisted immediately. I normally feel stupid in predominantly male stores and will just stand there and wait until someone helps me. Oh and they accept returns for Amazon but you must begin your return online before hand. Thanks guys

Do not do business with this location! I had an emergency Saturday afternoon and needed two hydraulic lines made. Was told they could do it. So went there and got the hoses made. Went to check out and they cost $464.48. Seemed high but I didn’t know any better. So Monday I do some research and find out that those two lines would of cost less than $200 at any other reputable company. They charge $24 a foot for the 3/4 hose vs $8 at their competitors. The fittings were almost $160. So I called Monday and asked if I bought the 12ft of hose and the four fittings in the package, if I could bring them back. I knew I couldn’t return the hose as a completed piece. I waited till Wednesday and never received a call back. Called but store manager wasn’t in and once again was told he would call me back. I had to call in again to speak to him and explained the situation. He said they can take it back in pieces because they can’t put it in inventory because it made to order. However that’s not the case on the receipt. It showed each line item as a separate charge. I understand it’s a business and they need to make money. They should just not take advantage of their customers.

Great service, bought new wiper blades and the tech came out in pouring rain and changed them for me. It's this kind of service that set them apart from others.
