This Walmart is small but they have necessities which i sometimes need otherwise not all that impressed its a nice store for the size of Upper Sandusky i just don't get a good feeling i get in other Walmart you have to experience it for yourself if you haven't already

My local Walmart, though small, stands its ground with the bigger stores. I appreciate the friendly helpful associates. I rarely have to wait in line at the checkouts. Returns are quick, easy and efficient! Great job Walmart of Upper Sandusky!!

This is literally the WORST Walmart I’ve ever had the displeasure of shopping at. The employees are rude and incompetent and not helpful at all.

This is one of the better Wal Marts in the area. The store itself is clean and well-organized. It is well-stocked, and well-staffed. It carries brands not available fifteen miles away in Bucyrus. It has a pharmacy, a small deli, and a *very* helpful automotive department. A quick story: we were over in Upper Sandusky and I pulled into the parking lot, only to notice I was driving on a flat tire. We drove around to the automotive department. At that time we didn't have the money for a brand new tire. The *very* nice gentleman changed out our flat tire for our spare and got us operational again, while we shopped for groceries. When we went back to automotive, we asked him for the bill. There wasn't one. He swapped out our tire, mounted the spare, and checked its pressure, free of charge! This store's one strange disconnect is a single, poorly-maintained, dirty family restroom that belongs in an old rest area, not in a modern store. I went in to blow my nose. As of 7-15-2022 the door handle is broken. It "locks" with a nasty sliding deadbolt you'd use on a shed. The restroom itself was filthy. It smelled like a latrine. I felt like I needed a second sink or a whole-body rub-down with hand sanitizer when I left the restroom to clean off the residue. Not cool. This absolutely *should* be a four star store. Staff, selection, and 95% of the store are there. That restroom, though. Go before, or hold it. 😟

I'd say this is one of my least favored Wal-Mart's I've been to. More than 1 time I had an issue with a person working the self check out. She refused to give me the product I was buying for the price they had on the shelf. Eventhough the shelf tag matched the product in my hand.

Asked guy in deli are tenders fresh made 20 mins 20 hrs ago old not fresh can't they just tell you the truth it's food I'm paying for it ya know that's what you get when Walmart monopolized and ran all your store that were worth anything remember big bear I do that's over 20 yrs ago they have us all rooked like pawns what you got is what you settled for enjoy it the other old stores Kmarts JCPenney Kohl's they are gone or almost gone only store left Walmart even oil changes guess what monopolized Walmarts everywhere you go and town you go to who allowedy this to happen to us consumers I know I didn't and I bet you didn't either now we are stuck

Pharmacy - Justin went above and beyond to help get my prescriptions filled and the particular quantities insurance would pay. I'm a trucker and visit Walmart pharmacies nationwide and the service and knowledge he provided and professionalism he displayed with a gripey tired trucker is unfortunately rare but truly appreciated. Thank you.

Easy in, easy out. I bought Christmas gifts for the Christmas drives that different organizations have. Unbelievable what I purchased for the amount that it cost!!

Store was very laid out, neat and orderly. This place had a much better overall appearance than many Wal-Mart locations I've been too. The place was well stocked and looked well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
