First time customer. I called for info and was put on the schedule right away for a free estimate. "Bum" the mechanic who inspected my car was available to do the repairs. Since my estimate was a fair price I decided to go through with the repairs on the same day. "Bum" had my car that was making the sound of an angry roaring lion -sound like a contented purring kitten in no time. The lady who worked behind the counter greeted me and took care of my paperwork. She was helpful, friendly and welcoming. All around excellent service. I will be returning soon for routine maintenance and future repairs. Fantastic owners and amazing service! I brought my carpet cleaning van in because the muffler was starting to get loud. They got me in right away and found that it was a loose fitting. Saved me tons of money! Oh, they were also kind enough to replace a rear blinker bulb for me. That saved me from a huge headache. Hazel at the front desk was very kind and personable. The techs possesed great attention to the details to pin point my problem. The biggest thing that left an impression on me was how everyone there provided service with a smile. I'm disabled and my catalytic converter was stolen. I tried doing the job myself but I just didn't have it in me to finish. Rick's was more than happy to finish up which involved cutting and expanding a new pipe of mine and finishing up the install. Best location in the nation... or at least Warren, Ohio. Provided proper parts with proper connections. Not looking to just provide a muffler and make a profit. Provided knowledge, was upfront about product, and gave choices. Others tell you a price and then fits the muffler to whatever the vehicle is right or wrong, and mostly wrong. Customer service is 1970s quality about caring for their customer... go to others BUYER BEWARE!
