My son has been getting his hair cut here for a few years. And it’s always been great. But this summer we’ve had the worst experience. We called to see if anyone was comfortable doing a Mohawk, I was informed that yes the employee could. Yet my son walked out with a mullet. We took him back to get it fixed. And just got a regular fade. And it was done wonderfully. Until tonight when we took him in to get his hair cut to go back to school. All we asked for was a fade, to touch up his hard part, and to go just below finger length on the top. Let me tell you his hair is so short. Like almost the length of the fade. And his hard part (that was already there… and just needed cleaned up) is now at an angle and swoops around to the front of his bangs. She literally cut off a whole patch of the side of his head. Honestly the only way to fix it would be to shave his head. The same employee messed my sons hair up two times! I tired to give her a second chance. I’m just so upset that my son has to walk around with his hair like this till it grows out. I honestly loved taking my son to get his haircut at sports clips. I visit here after online checking. When I arrived here there is no reservation. So I made reservation and waiting. She keep push me back till end. I saw one or two times. And finally push me behind someone who came later than me. So I gave up leave this place and If you want to this bulling keep visit here.

First time customer at the Niles location. Had the pleasure of having Robert cut my hair. Was made to feel absolutely comfortable and confident in my decision to chop my hair off. Get a real barber, probably fine for the most basic and simple cut, I made the mistake of getting a bald fade( because that’s what my actual barber can do but he’s out of town for a month) and now I’m just bald on the side of my head. Takes the fade so far up with 0 blending to make it look natural not going to a sports clips again so bad. Also consistent with most basic workers find a barber you trust not someone for 15 min hair cut at 32$ that the chain gets most of it. I wouldn’t care either if the chain was taking all my money! First, I want to say that I have been going to Sports Cuts exclusively for the past 3 - 4 years. I have always liked their prices, service and cleanliness and upset that I had this experience. The cut was great and I liked my stylist, however all I got was a cut and it still ran me $27. I was in a hurry when I left, so I didn't question the cost at the time as I had other places I could be. Later I called back and told them I noticed that I was charged for an MVP package but I only got the cut. They explained to me that they no longer offer "just haircuts" and that all cuts now include a MVP package and are the correct price. The issue I have is that not only did the stylist not tell me that, but she never once mentioned or offered any of the MVP package. She didn't offer to wash my hair, or use the massager, nothing! They took me to their chair, made a bit of small talk, then when they were finished, took me right to check-out. Not a mention of anything related to the package, but they did try to sell me some product. At this point I'm not even mad about the $27. I'm mad because I paid for something that I didn't know was included, and the stylist took full advantage of that to make their job easier. Needless to say, I'll be trying other places to get my haircut before I consider going back. Service: Haircut
