I asked politely if they could cut my son's hair and waited patiently as they called upstairs and verified that they could. They asked his age and all sorts of details that I gladly provided because I understand that children are sometimes tougher. When we went upstairs the hairdresser was called to wait on us and when she saw it was a child she acted like a complete pyscho. She huffed and yelled at the front desk lady that no one told her that this was what she had to deal with. She stormed off and then I saw her come around with a child's cape but still kept walking back and forth aggressively. I told the staff there was absolutely no way that person was laying a finger on my child. Not only was the experience just insanely uncomfortable- I just can't believe no one at the desk or the staff helped reel her under control. I will never be back and I sincerely hope that she isn't allowed around children frequently if that's how she feels about them.

Anna, Jessie, and Sarah all helped with my hair and I love it! They did a great job! The educators were very hands on to help when needed. I will definitely be going back.

The student had help from the instructor, but I am still pleased with the outcome of my hair. Everyone was nice and professional. Communication between the downstairs schedulers and the upstairs instructors/schedulers could be a tad bit better. I'd definitely go back.

I recently graduated from here and I went for the esthetician program. My biggest issue is that I feel like I got cheated out of a good amount of education. When I signed up I was told by administration that I would be learning lash extensions and makeup which both never happened, (touched on makeup for a week then never again.) Both things I was told I was paying for in tuition and was never compensated for. They also made students work the upstairs front desk (which they should have hired someone for) and the students would miss out on education for that day. The kit you pay for is most definitely a rip. The late policy is bs especially for students who come from afar. One of the only things I really loved here were my educators. If you are looking to take classes, take my advise and go elsewhere, you will get more for your money.

If you are looking for classes please go to another school. These people do not care about you or your education and only want your money. They will lie to you about what you will learn and they barely teach you what they’re required too. They make you pay $10 if you want to bring your purse into the building or wear your coat. They make their students answer phones and work the desk even though the students are paying to go there and doing a job that requires pay just because they don’t feel like hiring anyone for it. Highly do not recommend this school. You’re better off somewhere else. Edit: no. I’m talking about the right school.

I had an appointment today to have a cut and color. I was greeted by a lady who was not professional. She wasn't rude however she was high energy and lacking clear communication. the student stylist seemed to be lacking confidence and interacted with me in an apologetic manor. This made me have no confidence in her. She conducted a consultation and began to add color. I attempted to make conversation with her however all I could get was she graduates next month. The consultation was conducted with an instructor present who seemed to be knowledgeable and confident. After the color was applied generously to my hair and about an inch beyond my hairline, she shampooed and began to cut. She sought the approval of a different instructor. I noticed staining to my forehead and temples from the color. I had anther consultation with a product specialist. The same person who greeted me at the door. She remained true. Very animated, spoke a lot, didn't really say anything. The procedure was complete. The instructor was asked over to sign off, she complied. I asked the student about the staining to my skin. She replied, it will wash off in a couple days. The student escorts me to the register at the entrance. The cashier asks me about purchasing the products discussed and I said ok. I was then told a total which was substantial. I paid it, got a receipt in a bag and left. At no point did anyone (student stylist, two instructors, product specialist, cashier) say anything about the obvious staining to my forehead and temples. Nor did anyone review charges with me before or after services. I found all of this to be unprofessional. I was asked if I would like to schedule my next appointment. I declined as I doubt they schedule for other salons. My camera is not very good however I have attached a photo of the staining. It looks much worse in person.

I have always had a positive experience at the school and have been going there to get my hair colored for about 10 years. However, with the recent pandemic situation my experience changed. I called about an appointment I had to see if it was being cancelled. The voice mail said nothing about the school being closed and said to leave a message and someone would get back with me. That didn't happen after the first call. I called four more times on different days, got the same message, left my information and to this day, several months later, have never heard back from anyone there. I never knew nor could get any info as to whether or not the school was indeed closed or if it had reopened. It would have been nice and good business if I'd been contacted. I have spent a lot of money there and am very disappointed.

The instructors are wonderful I get a cut, color and highlights and Is never more than 70.00. Results are always wonderful! Takes a bit longer because they are students but, they give you a hand massage, mini back, and mini facial if you request one! Wonderful!

Love this place!!! They always meet expectations and then some. I got full head highlights and i couldnt be happier. The student who did my hair was awesome! She was very focused on meeting my expectations, even showing me pictures and explaining everything. Very good job. I get so many compliments on my hair. I tell them to go here. Keep up the great work!!
