Very bad place to Work, they don't like Afro-American People's, The Supervisor is Very Very Racist. They running behind you as the Dog and the Slave.

The worst run warehouse around. Ever since CJ Logistics took over this place is a joke. Slowest service checking in at guard shack. They have no concern for a drivers time. Incompetence at its worst on display here on a daily basis.

Great place to work, only a few are good leaders in this business. Some go unnoticed, some are put in leadership positions that dont need to be there. Fred Guiher is one of the best leaders there. Keep up the great work Fred, Derf.

we came to pick up the load 20 min before appointment time! it was like 16 trucks ahead of us! it took us about 1,5 hours to get to guard house! then we went to the shipping department and the guy reject us because we were late! he said that we shouldve come couple hours earlier ,before app! I asked for supervisor or manager and he refused to call them! instead he will call the police if we not going to leave the property! we did like hundreds loads for this company , THIS ONE WAS LAST ! WE ARE NOT SURE HOW THE COMPANY BECAME SO BIG WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE! This guys have no respect to anybody! bad ,bad, bad!

Great place to work, drivers are normally really nice when interacting with them.Pay and benefits are good and they do have 401k. Show up to work do your job and go home and you will like this place. Recently went through a change in management and seems to be looking up as far as the productivity of our warehouse for faster load and on unload times. Things are looking up here for everyone.

Runs insufficient.Poor management. Does not take care of employees. Preach safety and unsafe all over building right down to forklifts that catches on fire due to no maintenance on regular bases. Thing are taped together on older lifts.. Easy ๐ฐ

I had a great experience. My load time was about an hour. The pavement is a little rough. I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. The people were busy and weren't trying to be your best friend but very accommodating.

The company when I started off was alright. Now, HR and upper management has completely lost touch and relations with their employees and do not have the employee interest at heart. Their losing more employees than they can keep due to a high turn over rate. The company lacks integrity and fails to keep up with a changing market. They lack vision and reachable goals and are eventually going to fail if immediate action is not taken to avert such potential outcomes. Many former employees, myself included, would not be surprised if DSC loses the VAS contract due to poor uppermangement and lack of innovation from the current team. The star employees there are seriously taken advantage of due to poor work standards from other employees. So the star employees are overly used to make up for poor work ethics of others and this is due to the lack of leadership. Lower management has been restricted power which makes their jobs a nightmare with impossible tasks and this creates a hostile work environment for everyone. This review is not to scare you away or bad mouth any specific individual but to relay personal experience from my two years and 3 promotions at this company. First hand witness to poor uppermanagement and weak leadership and a disconnected HR who needs replaced with someone who can build relations not burn bridges. VAS temporary workers work in, what I consider, poor conditions; the lunch room is barely functional. The bathrooms are filthy. 30 to 50 men and women share two bathrooms that hold 1 person at a time. This is very concerning and to my opinion needs looked into as a concerned individual. The pros to the company is that it is easy to move up if you are a fairly intelligent individual. Hope that my honest and truthful opinion and or experiences are not offensive, I merely am just sharing my 2 year credible experience with the company who I left on good terms. :) If you have had bad experiences with this company, like this comment and let your voice be heard. Note: I did have it rated 5 star in my first 6 months there at the company, but that was before the uppermanagement quit, the HR left and changed, and two LM3 building managers, resigned. I encourage you to give the company a try and develop your own opinion, if you see what I see feel free to share opinions here.

DSC had a job fair I went to for a forklift job. I got there and the guy told me I had to answer 150 questions. After I did he ran it through a computer. The computer said I wasn't compatible with the company. So they just turned away a man that has 21 years forklift experience. This is how dumb this company is.
