Has O/N parking if you have a AM appointment. Arrived at 0520 for 0600 appointment. Park on fence and walk up and check in. Gave door by 0615...0800 and still not even started unloading me. Capstone is lumper. Not bad backing but there are some areas with obstacles in the way that makes it difficult during night time hours. And lines at doors hard to see also during night time hours. Don't recommend coming here at all

Del today 10/3/2022 app at 8 am got their at 730am got dock as soon as I checked in 906am was rolling out of the guard shack 24 pallets.nice people lumber service helped me with getting them payed wireless

If I could give a half a star I would this if for all of my independent truck drivers please don't take these loads they might pay ok but trust me your not picking up anything else for the rest of the day these people are slower than snails stuck in the ice they are rude won't give you any information on when you can get unloaded once they get you in a dock in which they can take upwards of 6 to 8 hours to get you unloaded then the lumper fees start at $200 the very last delivery I took to this place I arrived at 10 am mind you that was my appointment time and didn't leave until 4 pm and it was just half a truck load I still had to take the other half to Pittsburgh so if you don't want to miss your kids birthday or loose your wife to your buddy don't take these loads from brokers let the company drivers pick these loads up because they treat us independent drivers like trash thanks alot Giant eagle

My experience was good. Had a delivery for 9:30, got here a night before and checked in. They called me 7 am and gave me the door, got unloaded in about an hour and got a message to pay for lumper. Was out the door at 9. Plenty of room to move around, security people are friendly and the overnight parking is a big bonus too

Make sure when will you go to inside for checkin wear a coat or jacket (cold)

Park at entrance, walk up to window check in. They will call you with a door, walk paperwork to recieving window, than walk it too lumper table than go to your assigned door inside and clip paperwork next too your door than walk back to your truck and wait. Few hours was unloaded. Walk back in yet your paperwork close trailer doors if you're empty security doesn't check it going out the gate. 3 stars because had confusion with another driver sitting in my door that they assigned too me smh

Appt 5.00 am give door 4 am and wait in my truck and 4.45 receiving office employees come and after 5 am start unloading 14 pallets 4 hr for unloading also lumper fees

Overnight parking for AM deliveries. Guards on duty was pleasant.. called to door at 445am for 5am appointment. Unloaded by 6:30 am.. Capstone needs to be overhauled. Took them 2 hrs to check in load. Over all 4 hrs at facility. Entrance is on Hist Ave . Tight facility in some doors due to parked trailers or buildings. Gave it a 3 because the Gaurds were nice.

It Best to avoid this place. They have lumber fee and over night parking and you will be check in right away but Unloading takes 3 to 4 hours minimum. Appointment is 50/50 strict. This is not a good place to deliver.
