Truckers attention!!! This place has one guard checking drivers in and it’s a loooonng wait!!!! I was second in line and had to wait more than 45 mins just to be checked in! imagine the drivers all the way in the back!! They prolly waited Atleast 2 hours to check in. The guard looked very overwhelmed so can’t blame her. Management needs to hire more guards and pay them well. Bestbuy stop being stingy and pay your workers!

Very friendly person at the front desk. I was quickly assisted and they brought the item out to a loading door. Only one person brought out the item and it was pretty big, so thankfully it only took the two of us to load it.

9 AM appointment in the door by 8:38 AM They did not begin unloading the trailer until 11:52 AM. Unloading took more than 6 hours. Lost next load. Stay away

If you are picking up an order, pull in by the trucks and check in at this guard tower. Have your ID and order number ready. Don’t expect any friendliness, it’s straight to business. They will have you park by the loading dock. Anticipate at least a 20 minute wait for someone to “pick” your order and bring it to your car. I hope this helps someone!!

People could be a little bit more friendlier, they can handle your thousands of dollars in merchandise like they actually give a s***. Actually was very surprised at how bothered the Best buy employees seem to be to have to be doing their job. I'll be surprised if something's not broke. Said something to them and the response was come on bro you don't got to be like that.

We bought a microwave and we pulled up gave them our receipt and ID backed up and within 10 minutes we were pulling out no problem. the product is in our trunk still because we haven't gotten all the way home so I can't review product yet.

First time ever coming to a Best Buy Warehouse (honestly didn't know this was a thing) to pick up an item that was unable to be shipped to us, and the process was almost smooth. When picking up you stop by the security booth, get checked in, provide your order number and pull of to one of the loading bays to pick up your item. That process was efficient and the security guard was pleasant. The loading bay was a little annoying as the dimensions of the box did not seem to be 100% accurate online so we didn't have the necessary items on hand to properly secure the item we bought (definitely on us for being unprepared) but it was odd that the staff couldn't offer (or allow us to buy anything) that could secure the items safely. Luckily many hardware stores were around. Definitely come prepared if you find yourself heading out there.
