I went in and placed a take out and the boy that was making my sandwich was so rude to me and the Lady in front of me she said her husband came in the other night and the same dude was rude to him too

Pulled up to the psuedo drive through and immediately a 70 year old just looked at me. She open the door and then explained to me that this was a "pick up" only and not a drive through. Then proceeds to say "well you can order now I guess" She wrote down the wrong order. Then gives me the wrong order "well it's what I wrote down so.." customer is definitely not right at this place. Side note - the bread wasn't even cooked. What a pathetic place of business. Definitely not a typical subway establishment and I am a multi unit subway owner from out of town. I will be disputing the charge and contacting thre owners.

Rude and aggravated staff on May 15th afternoon. Was given dirty looks to me and my Mom and sister. Staff was using hands in an aggravated motion. If you are having a bad day, I get it but keep it to yourself. I don't want them in trouble, want them to be teached good work ethics. Usually like Subway but not on that day. Food was good though

This subway is the cream of the crop. I go here a lot and the food is very fresh and good. The staff people are super friendly and always let me use the bathroom when i got to take a wizz. I like the bread and olives. Very fresh. So good.

Day crew is nice, evening crews are evil. Very rude! Have seen them twice turn out the lights on people before 10 which is their closing time. Very unprofessional and fat slobs. Unsanitary!! Stay clear in the evening!! The employees are capable of anything gross and unprofessional. I’ve grown up here in this town, so I know all the restaurants pretty well so trust my review. I’m a local businessman and very easy to get along with so this isn’t a disgruntled customer, I attest my statements are true. I’d say it under oath!!!

Ordered 5 items, including a salad which was made entirely wrong (left 5 items off, put random items not ordered on, and just whatever salad dressing they felt like putting on). Called the store to see if they would make it right and was told that yes, they knew they didn't make it like I ordered but, that I needed to drive the 30 minutes back with the salad to trade it for another one made the way I ordered it. Not going back.

Quick and polite service at this location. Ingredients were fresh, but the bread seemed a little more flat than it is normally at other locations. Still tasted good.
