LOVE this post office! I have a post office closer but always would choose this one over them all! They don’t complain or have attitudes, just friendly people. They are just great people.

We receive someone else's mail or packages at least once a week. The last two packages they attempted to deliver to us were taken to the wrong house. The second package shouldn't have been delivered at all because we requested they put a hold on our mail in an attempt to bypass them altogether. This post office provides some of the least reliable and most error-prone delivery service possible in a first world country. Update: A year later, we still regularly have to track down our mail at other houses. When we spoke to the local post office about the issue, we were told to just check our neighbor's mailboxes when we're missing a package.

Horrible service u cant talk to a human. Online computer voice nonsense!!!!. U have to go talk in person because the phone number for a question wants u to talk to a robot

Not very friendly or helpful, they do not answer the phone and it goes straight to a fax machine. My package said it was delivered but the carrier delivered it to the wrong address and I’m having a hard time trying to get this issue resolved.

After not receiving the package I ordered, and tracking showing it was delivered, I had to make multiple attempts to reach the post office as calls were continually not answered and would go to a fax signal. When I was finally able to speak to someone she took my information and said she would look into it and call me back. When I had not received a call the following day I went through the same process of calling multiple times before eventually someone answered. I was told the carrier delivered the package by setting it (two shoe size boxes inside one package) on top of the mailbox. I was then asked if I thought someone could have stolen it...ya think!!?? Unbelievably poor service

Will NOT answer phone calls. Was told by employee that they WILL NOT tape priority packages even though other post offices in the area tape priority packages with priority tape!!!

Their phone won't work, I've tried calling it probably ten times but it goes straight to some automated dial tone, that of which put in place by the phone company.
