The edge pizza was good the pizza rollers where kinda sweet tasting and that was a bit weird but the boneless wings were a huge disappointment

Can’t even get an order to go through on the phone bc they wanna hang up on you! The woman is telling me I can’t order wings a certain way although I have done it for years the same exact way. They need to get people that know what they are talking about and know how to take an order instead of getting smart with a customer and hanging up on them half way through their order! Wouldn’t have even gave it 1 star but have to give a freaking rating to get to write this review!

My food was cold. The box of my pizza was smashed also so was my wing container. I was given no silverware to eat my wings. No napkins or dipping sauce for my breadsticks. Highly dont recommend delivery.

We will never order from Wheelersburg pizza again. First off when you call to talk to them you get an operator from god knows where. Second if they get your order wrong they make you pay the delivery price to bring the rest of your order back to you. I have worked in the restaurant business for several years and when you upset a costumer you are supposed to make it right not tell them it’s their own fault and you can’t do anything about it. Sadly this isn’t even the first time this happened before. I guess I have learned my lesson and hopefully everyone that reads the review will learn from my mistakes and just order from papa johns or Giovanni’s from now on. I’ve never been spoke to by a manager like that before.

Food was delicious and was done in time and did not have to wait long at all.. I can say that i have always had good food from the pizza hut in wheelersburg, ohio. I have only had one time that my order was incorrect and it was very quickly resolved.

That they make the pizza that the customer orders and not what ever they feel the paying customer would like instead. We have ordered from WHEELERSBURG OHIO pizza multiple times (because of the convenience to get there) and the last 3 or 4 times something has been wrong. We chalked it up to various reasons and didnt complain much, but after this last time, i think we'll be driving out of our way to find another pizza hut that will actually make what we order.

My online order was wrong. I ordered two medium pizzas and one of them only had pepperoni. The one pizza was a meat lovers and it was good. The other was to have bacon, ham and pepperoni, it only had pepperoni. The pizzas were good and hot, just not what we ordered.
