I went here for my second booster of the Covid vaccine, as I went here for my first booster. I arrived roughly 10 minutes early to my appointed time, yes I had made and appointment! The first person checked me in, or so I thought. Until someone else walked back and asked what I was there for and then got my paperwork and vaccine ready for the pharmacist. I then proceeded to stand there and watch the pharmacist fill other prescriptions for people coming in the drive through AFTER me. He then finally called my name and was very rude through my experience. I ended up being in Rite- Aid for over a half hour to get a vaccine that took 30 seconds to administer.

My sister and I shop here frequently and everyone who works here Lindsey manager, Robert pharmacist, Tom works at register and stocks are all are helpful. Thankyou and see you all soon. The prices fit our budget too!

Willoughby Ritw Aud Pharmacy has Robert the pharmacist and Renee the pharmacy tech! Even when I moved 20 minutes away …I would drive past numerous pharmacies to go to this Rite Aid ,because of them. I cannot say enough about their care and concern. They are always helpful, quick and friendly.

I switched from giant eagle years ago and I’m happy about the pharmacy and the store. I have always had a good experience at the pharmacy. The pharmacists are always nice to me and get my prescriptions quickly. With the labor shortage and the covid tests I sometimes couldn’t get an answer but it’s not their fault. Robert and Mike always fill quickly and ask if I have any questions and if I had a high com pay they tried to find me a discount card! Renee and Laura are wonderful to me and always friendly and they work hard. I’m glad I switched and have gotten my family and friends to come here too. I definitely recommend this store and pharmacy to everyone!

I would highly recommend this drug store. The pharmacist and staff are always helpful and professional. I have found the store to be well stocked and clean.

If I could give zero stars I would ! I went there to receive a COVID test and the first pharmacist at the window couldn’t help me and I’m guessing it’s because she didn’t know how. The second pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude as if he doesn’t like his job. I got tested on a Wednesday for a “rapid test” and I still haven’t received my results back and it’s been 4 days.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Willoughby pharmacist today was extremely rude to my mother and sorely needs customer service training. Mom had a simple question about scheduling a booster shot and his response and body language were reprehensible. Steer clear of this pharmacy, folks. Read other reviews about this pharmacist. Yet our complaints will fall on deaf ears.

This rite aid has consistently bad customer service. The girls who run the window appear to be fresh out of GED school. They are curt, untrained and often rude to customers. I've also experienced many many times going to pick up an RX and being told ' we don't have enough' and they seem to be unclear as to when they'll have 'enough' How can you be in the business of prescriptions and not have enough? Not just once but all the time? Baffling. After 30 years of using Rite Aid pharmacies in Painesville and Geneva I have to switch to Giant Eagle pharmacy in Willoughby since we moved here in 2014. The service is always friendly at GE and they ALWAYS have enough. This rite aid needs a major overhauling of everything.

The pharmicist was extremely rude from the beginning, asking why I was there when they just got my prescription order "like half a second ago" and told me I would have to wait half an hour. Waiting was no biggie. I come back half an hour later and she is upset that I have a paper version of my insurance card. I wait at the window for 20 minutes and someone else comes and tells me she can't figure out my insurance and is "making calls"... this is the same insurance I've had since I've been using this pharmacy and they just filled my son's prescription on my insurance a month ago? And they have me waiting another half an hour, and they have my insurance card so I can't leave.
