The wait time was long olny two hairstyles and the female was amazing kind fast but not too fast she did everything that was asked. The other guy hairstyles didn't seem interested in anything olny giving life suggestions to one client he spent honestly 45 minutes on a trim while given life quotes. I felt bad for the person in his chair. He was just looking like please hurry up he even said a few times I'm going to be late an the guy just keep stopping to talk about life quotes and experience. Didn't even look like he gave the client a cut or trim just wet his hair an brushed it back ... and the female worker that was there with him did two client's cleaned up an checked others in.... I'd go back for her if I knew the guys name I'd post it.

Yes I called around 6:45 to see if they were closing at 8,she said yes.I came in at 7:20,they had 2 customers,this short girl with a lisp said we can't service you because we are over our limit tonight.i find this so unprofessional.in the past,this location has closed early.I have been coming here over 3yrs.Great Clips has a sign up front that shows walk in ?I can see why this location is losing customers...

Check in online so you can get a fairly accurate wait time. I only had to sit in chairs for maybe five minutes before my hair was cut very quickly, very pleased with my results and the price is reasonable.

Awesome care and service at amazing prices. Great place to get everyone in the family a haircut or new style. Staff are experienced and super friendly. Kept clean and tidy between customers which is always appreciated.

Overall this place is under rated. Not being able to set an appointment is a little annoying but you can check-in online so you don't have to wait there the whole time.

After begging my fiancé not to bring my son here he took a leap of faith and brought him. Well needless to say my fiancé knows I was right now and said never again, thankfully hair grows back. His hair is completely crooked. Half longer than the other. I won’t call out the person by name but as I told my fiancé do NOT go here. Way to many horror stories from people. Learn from us.

This young lady Jennie outright said she don’t care about catching COVID, so she was asked to appropriately wear her mask. She accused customer of making people uncomfortable- The liar called police accusing customer of causing a scene. The customer was refused service and escorted off premise because JENNIE made customer uncomfortable she obviously can’t/ won’t follow rules
