I wanted a quick touch-free car wash. It was a beautiful day and there were no cars there. When I tried to pay, the card reader wasn't working. The car next to me was trying to pay and that one didn't work, either. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I'm not sure what's going on. Disappointed.

I don’t leave reviews often but I really feel the urge to because of how AMAZING the service I received was. It was 10 pm on a Friday night, (yes I was vacuuming my car that time lol), and I accidentally sucked up my apple air pod. When I realized it I was super upset. I already had a horrible day so I looked to see if there was an attendant. There was not. But I called the Zappys auto wash number and there was an option to send a text. I didn’t think that anyone would receive the text at that time of night (10:30pm) and definitely did not expect a response until the following morning. But I RECEIVED a text back almost immediately. The person was very very nice and texted their maintenance worker right away and asked them to check the next morning for my air pod. I was overly thrilled that I had even gotten a response. The next morning I received a text at 845 am that they found my air pod! I am amazed in a great way at how excellent the service was and how nice people are sometimes. They went out of their way to respond on personal time and come out first thing in am and check. I would 150 percent recommend and I will continue to come back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! This is the third time I’ve used this location and only after inserting my money for the vacuum does the piece fall off so no suction there, can’t get my money back because no one answers. Oh and the car wash, you think your getting a deal, spend the extra money and go somewhere else. What a waste of time and money. My car looked exactly as it did when I got there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Mostly good experiences here. Wash is OK, had the machine eat my coupon once, so no wash. Had them cancel my order for coupons once with no explanation and am still waiting on current order of coupons.

Something always seems to be broke at this particular location. Years of experience. Your car will get clean, I futa just not 100%probability. Instead of getting fancy led lights for the wash bays, they should just make sure the machines work properly.

Can't beat $4 for a car wash. They're prices are reasonable. Sometimes, there will be a long line.

I've let this go about 4-5 times of having to wash my car for $16 and still having residual soap/not being rinsed properly and having to run it through the opposite stall for better results =$32 per visit. I didn't get a reciept this time (not that they've ever returned my call for a credit/refund) so here's a review reflecting my experiences. I keep trying since there are very few touchless washes around... I'm headed home now to rinse my car off, instead of continuing the errands that I had planned.

Love the touchless car wash... minor drying after wash is cool but u don't have to dry it if u don't want too... it will disappear with no spots (and I have a black Navigator) so I know how easy it is to see streaks but I don't see any... nice....
