I've not yet come across any rude staff, HOWEVER that store needs to shut down for a few days to clean it. The trash scattered around is gross, especially since they serve food. The drink station is disgusting, cups scattered everywhere & not to mention half if not all drink products are out.. The counters sticky as ever.. I don't like talking bad about a company but this particular location needs a heck of a deep clean..

I have currently waiting at least 15 minutes for a simple burger and fries. Staff is too busy talking to each other or talking to a customer who received his order 10 mins ago. There are at least five other customers waiting for food orders. The service for food used to be so much better here before it was rebuilt. Will still come for gas since it’s close to home but not food.

Always terribly dirty. Parking lot, inside, bathrooms.... all trifling. The cashier I see daily is never clean either. Car wash is your only plus, other than that... trashy and not in the good way!

I will never purchase anything from this Sheetz again in my life. They are so rude when they get things wrong. Ordered double meat and got none went back and only got 3 pieces of bacon for double meat. This place is a rip off their staff is rude and it's dirty.

Very very few cashier's are helpful. Outside around the gas pumps are filthy with trash cans over full plus a lot is on the ground and blowing around

Yikes. I don't doubt it was a bad day for the crew, but trash drippings throughout the store, the guy collecting trash talking in The foyer with a manager making it smell and when I went to wash my hands, the bathroom was the worst state I have ever seen it in, empty soap and paper towel dispensers with litter on the floor around the stalls. Jesus! Ruined my lunch appetite for sure. Obviously no checks were being done here or waiting for a customer to not mention how bad it was. Cause now I feel like the bad guy here for saying something with a disgusted look on my face. Even the MIC wasn't happy about it. I could have snapped a photo but, just told the manager and left.

This place is nasty! People were still ordering food and making purchases. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. Be careful getting food from here.

This was the dirtiest Sheetz, i have been in, Trash all through the parking lot,restroom had paper towels all over the place. This store gives Sheetz a bad name. I not sure about the kitchen, after seeing what I saw I decided to walk away

Since making the original 1 star review, the store has done almost a 180. I now upgraded it to a 4 star but will leave the original review as a reminder . (Original review>>>> Thanks to Amazon the modern workforce has too high of wage expectations. Now understaffed, this location has turned into a bigger dump than most Circle K's. (OUCH!) However, the limited staff that they do have here do a nice job. If they had more employees, maybe the shelves could get stocked and the overflowing trash cans emptied. Also, half of the clientele looks shady.

To that girl that dumped Waste oil In my tater tot’s and like that wasn’t enough you punched it killing Not one, not two, but three birds with one stone. 1 -smashed EVERY SINGLE tater tot BECAUSE F… ME 2-smashed them together so much they couldn’t breath leaving them no other option but to suck the waste oil (can’t just be cooking oil that color you can see oil drops staying up top) like a wet snowball BECAUSE F… ME 3-created a new appetizer. THE ARTERY CLOGGER 3000 BECAUSE F… ME Well I don’t know what I did wrong to deserve you showing such Hard effort to prepare my food that I payed for but. You definitely deserve this from the bottom of my heart! F@C!< YOU!! And have a blessed day.
