This store has the BEST customer service! My husband and I are older and definitely “tech challenged “…We recently upgraded our old 3G phones and Tony S. very patiently helped us update our entire service…home and cell…Every time I go there I noticed how EVERYONE working in that store was friendly and helpful to every customer…I retired from a customer service career and I am so impressed with the consistently great customer service I see in that particular store. Well managed and well staffed…. I definitely recommend them !

Didn't have to wait at all was greeted at the door. The tech ask me what she could help me with and I was in and out within five minutes. I've been a prepaid customer first seven years and I am thinking of becoming a contract customer. Best AT&T store I've ever been into

Please be careful going to this location. We did a trade in for my phone. I was supposed to get a galaxy s21 ultra. They didn't have in in stock, so It had to be mailed. No big deal. We ended up getting the s20 in the mail instead. When we told the store, they said to bring it in & they would fix the issue & send the phone in & order the correct one.We bring it in, after over an hour of waiting for our issue to be resolved, they tell us we will have to take the phone back home with us, MAIL IT IN OURSELVES, & also pay taxes on the phone we were supposed to get even though we already paid before.they said we would be reimbursed, but its ridiculous to have to pay again. They acknowledged their mistake, but said we would be responsible for mailing the incorrect phone in. As someone who works in customer service, they should fix their mistake. Not perpetuate it! Overall,this was very poor customer service. Staff was eager to leave as it was close to closing time. We were very frustrated. A customer should not have to pay for the company's mistake

AT&T - Maysville, Ky. I have never had a more pleasant experience in a store. Everyone there was exceptionally nice but Lacey was incredible. She helped with everything and was so patient answering all my questions. I would recommend this store to anyone. Excellent customer care .
