The absolute worst phone service! I should have never left AT&T! Verizon coverage is awful and not dependable. My new Galaxy 22 Isn't worth a flip with this terrible service.

Mike was awesome. He gave me a demonstration of the phone I chose, gave me some great tips and was just a great salesperson. He made me feel comfortable with my choice and was openly willing to answer any stupid question I had. THE BEST SERVICE EVER!

I honestly would give zero stars if I could. On August 26 I added new devices to my account, that went fine. I check my billing information regularly and have not ordered any new devices since. I now have another new device added which I neither ordered nor received, it has been reported to Verizon. Very unprofessional to steal from customers. I should have known better, the same thing happened to my Dad at this same store a couple of years ago. I was giving this place a chance, lesson learned, be very careful about using this store and if you do pay close attention to your bill.

Bryce was extremely helpful and professional. He was able to effectively transfer all my data, texts, apps from my Google 4XL to my new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. He was pleasant to work with and valued my business...He was able to port my number, apps, pictures, and all my relevant data over from the Google XL with no issues. This is why I choose to continue give my business to Verizon.

Bryce was extremely helpful and professional. He was able to effectively transfer all my data, texts, apps from my Galaxy S7 to my new Galaxy Note 9. He was pleasant to work with and valued my business...and he saved me money by pointing out I didn't need the extra Micro SD card because the old one from the S7 had plenty of room remaining. He was able to port my number over from another carrier with no issues.

I went in needing help activating my new s20 phone. Originally I was being helped by a man named Mike maybe? He was older and wasn't very personable and kind of dismissive. I felt like he didn't really want to be helping me. He seemed to be having trouble and Jeremy came over and told him how to make the switch without having to call customer service. At this point Mike said that he needed to go take a call from someone and that Jeremy could just handle it. Jeremy was fantastic and made the experience much better. He was able to get my new phone up and running without any problems. I'm very glad Jeremy took over otherwise this would have been a 1 star review based on mikes attitude.

My phone had frozen up and he had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Would recommend this store in Maysville. Now 4 months later I have a different opinion of this Verizon store. I dropped my phone and it broke it so I drove 24 miles to this store for the service and when I got there it was 6:50pm the store was supposed to be open until 8:00 pm they were closed so that was a 48 mile round trip just to have to go back the next day another 48 miles round trip when I arrived I said something to the clerk about when you have posted hours you should keep them or else put on your hours open come at your own risk. I got a well I'm sorry from him. Then when he went to replace replace my phone I was going to pay with cash 149.00 I had insurance on my phone he says sorry we don't accept cash and had to order the phone. I could have done that from home and saved myself 96 miles on the road and got my phone just as fast. It's a sorry place that doesn't accept cash $ as payment. If it happens again I know to find a phone and call first also take bank or credit card. Better yet DO IT MYSELF ON LINE.
