Small, but great service.

This location has earned a 5 star review from me due to the determination, persistence and customer service I experienced this evening by Stephanie. My wife and I visited the Maysville location a half an hour before they closed to discuss purchasing a contract with T Mobile. Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure that before we purchased a plan that T mobile offered adequate service in our area, that we had selected the most cost effective plan for the service we needed, and went over options and even guided us in selecting the most advantageous phones to purchase that made sense for our budget. She never once pressured us to make a decision and stayed well past normal business hours to earn our business. Her co-worker Jacqueline was also helpful during our visit. We hope that our new T Mobile phones and service plans will meet our expectations; However we are sure if we experience any difficulties or dissatisfaction, Stephanie will try her best to find a resolution. Tonight me and my husband went in store to talk about/switch phone service from straight talk to Tmobile. We arrived at the store around 7 pm, the store closes at 8. We go in, 2 ladies are working, Stephanie and Jackie (a high school friend I hadn't seen in forever). While there we ended up purchasing 2 phones, cases, and screen protectors qnd a plan. Well everything that could go wrong, did. First off the device they use to ring out failed us not once, not twice, but 6-7 times. These ladies were god sent! They were so patient, kind and adamant about getting us to where we needed to be. After multiple calls to higher authority and countless tries. We were able to walk out with new phones and plans! We spent 3 hours with these ladies, even after they closed and locked the doors they continued to help us and were kind and apologetic. We finally had to wait around for straight talk to answer and help us get our code to finish making the switch. Thank you ladies for staying past closing to help us! Thank you for putting up with us and getting us to where we needed to be!

The staff was amazing. Ashley & Ean always go above and beyond what is needed of them. They helped me save hundreds on my wireless bill by switching from Verizon. No regrets at all! Give these people a raise! They deserve it for all they do!

So I had tmobile for about 6 or 7 months. I could t make calls half the time when I had service witch btw was never unless I was in the city witch was again never.the employees was cool. Any way I just switch hed to Verizon and let me tell you ues its way more expensive but holy cow its a million times better than what tmaybe could ever be its worth the extra money a month people I pinky swear.
