Frankly, the employees are rude and the gas isn't cheaper to justify it. I've often given them extra chances because they're on the drive to where I'm going. At this point, I'll just drive the mile out of my way and go to speedway where their employees are friendly. My most recent trip to this BP just occurred, and the two employees didn't acknowledge me whatsoever when asked how they were doing. When I then bought my items and was handed my receipt and change, the man at the counter immediately yelled "Next!" There was one person behind me and I took up all of 30 seconds paying with cash in large bills and putting the change back in my wallet.

The air pump didn't work and they don't put any sign that it doesn't work. If you ask for refund then they will say there is a number, just call them. What the hack.
